This tour is a full day to say the least, but it is absolutely true to all the descriptions. We were fortunate to have our fabulous guide Paulie - it may have been his 1,000th tour, but it was our first and he kept the energy up and tended to our biorhythms and needs throughout the day. And our driver Eddie was incredible - guiding a big and comfortable coach tour bus through narrow streets like a pro; keeping us on time and safe throughout the day. The only thing I wish I'd known was to bring a set of earphones with a plug-in chord to watch videos or listen to music as provided, or even just to plug into my phone. It was a good hour drive out to Windsor Castle, which was awesome beyond expectations; another hour to Stonehenge, which was in the middle of nowhere and as odd as I expected; another hour to Bath, which was incredible as we spent almost our entire 90 minutes just touring the Roman bath house leaving us with about 15 minutes to check out what seemed like a gorgeous old town; and then a full on 2 hour ride back to London. We took a cool route out of town, but ran into a temporary detour, but Paulie and Eddie handled it all like pros and kept our spirits up regardless. The whole day moved quickly and didn't feel as long as it actually was thanks to the two of them. The whole thing was more than worth the time and money!
