    Beautiful spa
    A really exciting location and the various pools in the underground section was really fun. Service was great and really slick. My only downsides were it was quite busy (Friday afternoon) so try and go at a quieter time and I also I felt it was quite expensive for the 2 hours.

    Would definitely recommend a look at this unique location!

    Great value
    The sauna’s and steam rooms are great, the relaxation room is clean and well kept, with fruity water and fruit available. They provide a robe, spa towel and flip flops. The changing room is small but there is another area with mirrors and hairdryers. Don’t forget to bring your own towel to shower, and the showers were a bit disappointing but overall for £26 for 3 hours and on a ladies only Friday it was superb value and not very busy. The staff were very friendly and I will definitely be going again!

    Amazing spa and grounds
    My partner came for a spa treatment last month and she can’t wait to go back. She says it was so relaxing there. While she was in the spa, I explored the gorgeous courtyard and spoke to smartly dressed doormen.

    Good, with services at hand
    Really good service, however we did have another customer run out to challenge my partner for taking her bag with her phone in, which was found to be false which marred our visit. The staff working the day did sort it out, but again it‘s going to a spa whilst being of a different skin colour from others. Will go again, but earlier so as to avoid such confusion with less people around. The sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all good in a bright and spacious environment.

    BEWARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
    Been using this place for over 20 years and never had a problem booked a massage with tina as my old masseuse has left. the message was excellent as tina is very experienced .

    How ever tina forgot to do massage my legs i didn't say much at the time i thought i would call them after and speak to the receptionist which i did.

    I called the following day and told the receptionist my experience all i said was the massage was good but tina forgot to massage my legs and for next time could she just tell her to give me a full body massage the receptionist was so rude she started to tell me if I'm not happy i should go else where so i said to her why are you being rude to me and she put the phone down on me.

    The follow sunday i booked up with tina again as i turned up the receptionist said to me tina is not available i asked her why she said tina does not want to massage you so i asked her why didn't they call me to tell me so i wouldnt have wasted my time coming down she told me to SHUT UP i said to her why are you being rude to me for i told her i want to speak to management she told me she was the management and i should SHUT UP and leave we exchanged words and i got my refund and i left.

    The old management were so polite i never had a problem with them the place was clean and now even the sauna and steam have gone downhill my last few visits the changing rooms were dirty and the staff were very rude.

    Good Gym but needs to refurbish
    It is my local gym where I go three times a week.
    Staff are ok friendly-ish. Good equipment and work out space, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and even have a small female exercise room.
    However the membership goes up year by year but cleaning and hygiene is getting worse and worse, less staff clean the shower area and toilet. When they do clean they just spread water in the shower cubical.
    People isn't respectful to others, by using body scrub or facial treatment and hair dye shampoo in Steam room and left messy, greasy and sticky products, very selfish but do not have enough staff to check and keep it hygiene and clean.
