    Incredible Spa Day!
    Today, I had a 60-minute hot stone massage with Fatima - who was so professional and personable! She really took the time to understand my areas of focus and customized the treatment accordingly. I live in Los Angeles and visit London very often. I will definitely book a spa day at Akasha whenever I’m in town (and requesting Fatima)!

    I also enjoyed the delicious two-course lunch, champagne, and was able to relax by the pool (which was perfectly calm and quiet during my stay).

    Overall, the spa facilities were beautiful and clean! The front desk customer service was great — thank you, Daniela and Ramla, see you next time!

    Spa day
    Had a very nice experience at the Turkish spa this morning. It’s not the ritz but clean helpful staff and all the stuff. Stream, sauna, cold room pool hot tub, If I lived here I would be a regular

    A warm and welcoming experience
    I really, really wanted a traditional Moroccan hammam and that's exactly what I found in Casa Spa! Thank you so much! And especially Karima, who looked after me so well, and gave me a lovely, relaxing massage.

    I got the scrubbing of my life in a warm and welcoming environment and my skin looks and feels a thousand times better because of it. I will be returning once a month from now on.

    Please note: do not come here expecting a silent and sterile European spa experience. That's not what hammam is about! While it was perfectly relaxing for me on my own, it's always a beautiful experience to share with another or as a group while you soak up the steam and scrub away the outside world.

    I've read other reviews complaining about the towels and slippers provided etc. The "towel" is a thin traditional cloth that absorbs water very well and the rubber slippers allow you to walk about safely.

    Top tip: Bring your own towel/robe/flip flops if you want to. It feels like the kind of place where you can make yourself at home.

    I wore a bikini, but took my top off. Some other women were naked, some in bathing suits. Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Plus, the steam is so thick you can't see much beyond your immediate area.

    At the end of the hammam, you are supposed to wash your hair so you are squeaky clean from head to toe, so feel free to bring your own products although some is provided.

    I noticed many of the other woman brought their own washbags and that is what I will be doing next time.

    I really enjoyed the relaxation area and the warm tea provided. Thank you, Casa Spa! I really enjoyed my time with you.

    Best Massage!
    Went for a Hamam massage then a full body massage.

    The massage in particular was amazing - Mehmet is a pro. Have had massages in some swanky places including the Corinthia, but I’d rate this as as the best massage to date. Thanks Mehmet :)

    Massage by Max
    Terrific Service Max is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the art of massage and understanding the connectedness mind and body. His approach is different to other masseurs I have visited, and he enjoys sharing his knowledge and understanding with advice for Ongoing change that will help with the underlying causes tension and pain. Highly recommended for anyone in or visiting

    A magical experience as always
    We so enjoyed our yearly tradition of celebrating my dear friend Susan’s Birthday at your hotel. The Christmas decor was magical and the ambience was blissful.

    Ahmed, at the Spa has been promoted to a Management position which we were delighted to hear. He truly deserves this role and as always, he went above and beyond to ensure our spa day was special. Ahmed is one of the main reasons we use the spa, as he is very knowledgable and always goes out of his way for us. A huge thank you to Ahmed and he is a true asset to the Beaumont.

    The new receptionist at the Spa, Simge was fabulous. As soon as we walked into the spa, we were warmly greeted and Simge looked after us throughout our time at the spa. Always attentive and personable. A huge well done to Ahmed for hiring Simge.
    Athina was also a good therapist and we will definitely book in with her again soon.

    Egidio was our favourite waiter and guided us through our dietary requirements and was extremely charming.

    The Italian pianist was blissful and made our experience special. A charming and polite young man.

    My partner and i are planning to have drinks in the Gatsby Room to celebrate our anniversary during New Years eve before the theatre show and we look forward to seeing your staff again.

    Thank you also for organising for us to dine in the Gatsby Room, it was very kind of you.

    Great value
    The sauna’s and steam rooms are great, the relaxation room is clean and well kept, with fruity water and fruit available. They provide a robe, spa towel and flip flops. The changing room is small but there is another area with mirrors and hairdryers. Don’t forget to bring your own towel to shower, and the showers were a bit disappointing but overall for £26 for 3 hours and on a ladies only Friday it was superb value and not very busy. The staff were very friendly and I will definitely be going again!

    Nice but not what we expected
    Me and my friend went today. Reception staff were Lovely. The spa wasn't what we expected. The jacuzzi wasn't working. The body scrub was lovely. The hair mask was quick on and off in minutes and we had booked a foam massage that didn't happen. It was nice but not what we expected

    Had a great outcall Massage in my hotel!
    A Friend recommended Sacsinthecity.com to me and so I gave them a call, i was surprised that they offered outcall treatments and is what sold me as I was jetlagged and didn't want to leave the hotel. It was amazing, the therapist brang a Massage couch with her and played relaxing music and created a really relaxing and destressing ambience! After that Massage my Jetlag dissappeared which is unusual for me. I slept like I hadn't slept since childhood and felt like and airy. I highly recommend them.
