We had booked an afternoon package with a massage .
The massage was very good and relaxing .
The spa could feel a little claustrophobic, as dark and hot .. but I’m guessing that’s the vibe, water is readily available to drink .
The pools are beautiful and cater for all requirements. So well worth a visit .. I will say my relaxing package turned into a gladiator package as I slipped down a plunge pool ladder and after a relaxing experience, I’m now black and blue.

After the summer holidays of caring for three children, I really needed to relax. My hips were tight, and my shoulders felt stiff, but I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment, especially the fluid, flowing movements. My hips feel amazing now! The overhead arm stretches while floating on my back were particularly soothing, and staying on the surface worked very well for me. We booked a package and it was our first time trying a parenie - such a unique experience, a little intense at first with the heat of the sauna but we really enjoyed it. From the moment I stepped into Espa, the energy and space was beyond relaxing. Such a warm welcome from the lovely receptionist, who showed me around and prepared me for everything I could expect from my visit. Hasta was my therapist for a Swedish massage, she was very informative on the treatment and offered beautiful scented oils to choose from.

- Camper148318369351 contributionThis place is wonderful and would recommend to anyone. Lovely staff and spotlessly clean. The Hammam ritual was fantastic. So nice to go somewhere and not constantly be asked to buy products. such a relaxing environment will definitely be returning.

The treatment rooms are very relaxing and the masseurs make you feel very comfortable - adjusting the pressure of your massage to what suits you best. - PearDr0ps1London, UK96 contributionsI really, really wanted a traditional Moroccan hammam and that's exactly what I found in Casa Spa! Thank you so much! And especially Karima, who looked after me so well, and gave me a lovely, relaxing massage.
I got the scrubbing of my life in a warm and welcoming environment and my skin looks and feels a thousand times better because of it. I will be returning once a month from now on.
Please note: do not come here expecting a silent and sterile European spa experience. That's not what hammam is about! While it was perfectly relaxing for me on my own, it's always a beautiful experience to share with another or as a group while you soak up the steam and scrub away the outside world.
I've read other reviews complaining about the towels and slippers provided etc. The "towel" is a thin traditional cloth that absorbs water very well and the rubber slippers allow you to walk about safely.
Top tip: Bring your own towel/robe/flip flops if you want to. It feels like the kind of place where you can make yourself at home.
I wore a bikini, but took my top off. Some other women were naked, some in bathing suits. Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Plus, the steam is so thick you can't see much beyond your immediate area.
At the end of the hammam, you are supposed to wash your hair so you are squeaky clean from head to toe, so feel free to bring your own products although some is provided.
I noticed many of the other woman brought their own washbags and that is what I will be doing next time.

Could do with some more features, like an ice fountain/cold room, experience shower, salt room etc to make it worth the trip if it’s not part of a hotel stay (hotel is phenomenal). Slightly lacking in ambiance and would have appreciated more toiletries in the ladies’ dressing rooms, and stools by the hairdryers instead of having to stand when styling hair and doing makeup. Also for couples: be aware that the saunas are located in the changing rooms, so hetero couples are unable to enjoy relaxing in the sauna together.
