I also loved the walk in Levens Park which has great views of the river, and has lively Bagot goats, sheep and deer.
The garden is excellent with its formal gardens and topiary but I'm glad we made the decision to view the house too.

... maze was a little bit muddy but there was a good selection of wellys for rent, and the big maze was challenging but great fun The site also has a great little cafe and plenty of hot and cold drinks and snacks.
great activities inside and out , we loved the tractor ride with amazing views and small animals handling great and very friendly staff

... the castle and gardens are great and the staff are very knowledgeable and if you listen to the guides they tell you a great deal about the castle, the gardens and views are stunning and I would recommend a visit.
From an adult perspective the castle is rich in history and intrigue, while the rock gardens and the view of the castle from the beautiful pond are sure to amaze.
