Ayletts is an excellent garden centre with extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff and a very good range of plants and almost everything you could possibly need for your garden.

We took our 3 year old granddaughter there for the afternoon - there was plenty to entertain her - eclectic collection of items to look at, beautiful fish and aquariums, plants and flowers and we had a tasty lunch...
Whilst we waited we queued (not for too long) in a little enchanted forest and with little forest animals to spot amongst the trees which my daughter loved.

I particularly liked the Japanese maple tree, the giant Redwood, the myriad of forget-me-nots and bluebells, the colourful and chirpy tiny birds, the tranquil swim of the carp fishes in the pond.
The snowdrops were especially great but as you walk through the garden, you are hit by the scent of daphne, winter flowering honeysuckle and mahonia.
