What travelers are saying
- Arne BMunich, Germany156 contributionsThe Royal Pavilion is a must-see in Brighton. Brighton has many things to see but this is definitely top-ranking. The well maintained and presevered interior brings you back 150 years. It is much less of a museum but feels like an actual royal palace. The year pass is affordable and repeated visits are certainly worthwhile to discover new details.Written September 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bertie1224Northamptonshire, UK1,438 contributionsWorth a walk around. Seemed to be many jewellery shops? There are some nice pubs and bars to stop in. Quite narrow in places and when busy a bit cramped. Intriguing place to meander through.Written August 26, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- DiegoLondon, UK2,416 contributionsAs beaches go, this is not exactly the seashells or the Mediterranean! But as english beaches go, this is pretty good, with lots of bars and restaurants and things to do! Well worth a weekend trip, but that’s about it! And a great place to catch up with old friends too! 😀Written September 1, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JazzyNorwich, UK14 contributionsBusy, but fun! Plenty to do. Shops, places to eat, drink and rides for the kids.
£1 charge per person to go on the pier and things are not cheap on there so worth noting. But fun for allWritten August 17, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Only gripe was a few of the panes of glass in the pod had cracks in them which had me a little worried. Nice to have a couch to sit on to enjoy the journey into the sky. Drinks are pricey as you'd expect but snack prices were ok.Written September 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - zuvBucharest, Romania36,797 contributionsA kind of bazaar. An area full of life, full of color. There are a lot of small shops that sell all kinds of products, generally artisanal or small series. Antiques, vintage products and much more. Buildings full of graffiti, cafes, small bars and indescribable crowds. An area with a good vibe.Written August 19, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Helen B35 contributionsI’ve been coming here for over 40 years so I’m biased but it really is a beautiful spot. The views are spectacular but also a fantastic place to have a walk and blow the cobwebs awayWritten August 29, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - AnnieOlomouc, Czech Republic16 contributionsDefenetely a great experience! I love aquariums and such, and Sea life is always a safe choice. I must say that i have been to better aquariums tho. Loved this, but didn't suprise me. As said alwwys a safe choice :)Written May 8, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - therichastillStevenage, UK3,237 contributionsBeneath the cliffs along the Sussex seafront there are paths to take you alongside the beach.
Within Brighton there are different paths some on the same level as the beach and some are a bit higher.
The ones next to the seafront are well maintained however when I visited in January 2024 one of the paths higher up the cliff was closed.
You get some lovely views of the beach and the surrounding area including the piers and the marina.Written February 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Steve H2 contributions
