The tour was brilliant and cool hand luke just never stopped for 2 hours with interesting facts and amazing details. At the end it felt like saying thank you to a friend. We come from merseyside and the similarities between the 2 cities was plain to see. - Martin N1 contributionThe tour of St Nicholas market air raid shelter and surroundings was a first class experience, Duncan was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable not only of the underground but the overground surrounding area and the devastation caused on Bristol during WW2 bombing raids. The museums he has created need to be kept as a vital reminder of what happened. We had an excellent time on the tour on 15 March. Tobias who was our tour guide was brilliant, knowledgeable, engaging and funny. We loved the history, the ghost stories and seeing parts of old Bristol in the dark. The tour took us all around beautiful Bristol and was very interesting and informative. We had so much fun! It was great to see where most of only fools was filmed. He explained well and ensured our safety as we cycled along the roads & people. Lots of laughs and mind boggling, sleight of hand tricks. We ordered pizza, which if I’m honest isn’t the best, prepared in the moment but base from frozen. A lovely day spent in the Cotswolds and then Oxford. A good amount of time was given to explore at each stop. To avoid climbing the steep hill, I chose to take a bus to the top and start at Clifton Observatory. So I was going in the opposite direction. I wish the audio clip for each location could be more "standalone", i.e., not so dependant on the direction of travel.
