The Clifton Cellars
#1 of 56 Shopping in Bristol
I highly recommend the wine tasting and also the shop as the choice is great and the prices fair.
The evening was held in a cellar adjacent to the shop and aimed at complete novices, introducing us to six wines.
Saint Nicholas Market

Full of different stalls and characters this market is a must for those wanting less commercial and more earthy shopping.
Great selection of shops and stalls to peruse and always spoilt for choice for food when there! Highly recommended!

A few times a year we go up to Clifton for lunch, then shopping and a trip to Bristol Museum follows.
Lots to see children loved it and it’s free easy to get to it’s at the top of park street which has nice shops and restaurants ,big hill to walk up but worth it

This new shopping centre is very good and has a lot of things in it like a cinema and an indoor golf course and the house of Fraser is excellent and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from and it...
A absolutely fantastic variety of shops, very modern shopping centre, bright, open and airy.
Bristol Cider Shop
#5 of 56 Shopping in Bristol
I know they've recently moved, which is a shame as I loved their location on Christmas Steps but this remains an essential Bristol shopping experience for locals and tourists alike.
I visited the shop yesterday for cider tasting the guy who runs the shop is friendly and very knowledgable about cider which is good.Tried a wide variety of good tasting cider.

Great venue, well organised and laid out, friendly staff, good little cafe, great gift shop.
Members of our group also enjoyed the downstairs cafe bar and the shop, so I think it's fair to say that we all took a great deal of pleasure from the experience.
The Original Bristol Blue Glass Ltd
#9 of 56 Shopping in Bristol
Great shop too - quite a range of glass that would be excellent all year round for gifts!
Situated right opposite Arnos Vale cemetery, it looks only to be a shop, but the Glass Blowing happens in the Workshop that lies just at the rear of the showroom and watching the Guys work was mesmerising, informa...
Psychopomp Microdistillery
#10 of 56 Shopping in Bristol
I t is a little micro-distillery in a shop front at the top of St. Michaels Hill but well worth the climb.
Neat gin isn’t particularly pleasant, and when we tried a couple of different ones in an Adnams shop recently, they were still quite markedly different despite the inclusion of tonic.

Upfest
#13 of 56 Shopping in Bristol
Really good shop for streetart featuring lots of up and coming artists as well as plenty of well established artists.
The lady in the Upfest shop was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips for the rest of our stay as well as about the graffiti trail.
Spike Island

The staff are helpful and efficient and decor pleasantly minimalist - but hey: it's a coffee shop and the coffee is great !

Really great independent running shop in bristol.
They really do know what they are on about in the shop, you must go in with plenty of time on your hands (at least 45 -60min) to go through the process correctly.

Really lovely shop in Westbury on Trym, I loved exploring all of the handmade gifts, cards and even a few foodie items!
This unique gift shop really supports a vibrant creative community as everything in the shop is made by independents living in Bristol.
