We arrived a few minutes prior to opening so it was calm and pleasant when we entered, and also we had an opportunity to hold and take pictures with a koala, which the kids loved.
It may have been a bit pricey, but my family enjoyed the experience and it was worth it for us knowing the money goes towards the animals' care and conservation.
