A fantastic property, excellent audio (and sometimes visual) guide, friendly and helpful staff all added up to making this a wonderful visit, which I would highly recommend.
Visited here last week and it was a great surprise , excellent staff and a very interesting place to visit we only had a couple of hours for the visit so plan to go back to take more time in this gem of our history.

This is the 3rd type of this thing we have tried & this one is by far the best !. Easy to use equipment ( unlike some others ),easy to navigate & great value for money !! Will definitely be back
The staff were very friendly and attentive, despite having quite a few people on various stages of the course, there was always someone on hand to reassure a nervous climber or offer advice and encouragement.
