- Navigate441532370931 contributionThe view from Lake of the Mountain Provincial Park across the bay is spectacular. Totally worth the stop, paid parking is questionable. 😉Written May 20, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GillyOttawa, Canada1 contributionEasy to miss the path that leads down to the water, so keep an eye out. You can park in a small parking area, walk, or take your car down the road, but it is very narrow. We chose to do the walk, and it was a fairly easy walk, and once you are down by the water, the views are spectacular. The colours of the water were lovely.Written June 2, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Peter GWhitby, Canada67 contributionsExcellent place in the County to view an amazing amount of birds and learn how they are captured ( and released ) after banding. Worth the extra 10 minute drive.Written October 2, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Peter GWhitby, Canada67 contributionsNice conservation are just south of Picton.
A mixture of trails when it comes to levels of difficulty.
Only problem is they charge for parking...in nature !!Written October 2, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I go here all the time in the middle of summer. Under-utilized place thats waiting for you.Written August 7, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
