Originally, it was 4 lanes narrowere then another 4 were added to make it more usefull as it is today.Written February 15, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TommoMelbourne, Australia49,229 contributionsWynyard Crossing is a pedestrian and cyclists' bridge and was built in 2011. .
It connects Wynyard Quarter with Te Wero Island and the existing Viaduct Harbour entertainment district.
It was interesting watching the boats leave and return with the bridge opening to allow them to pass. this temporarily stops pedestrian from crossing.Written January 25, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. This new park's feature creates such wonderful place for walking tracks, biking lanes or just to sit and admire the really pretty landscape of Auckland Central to the south. At the background, Owairaka Domain, and One Tree Hill at the horizon, as well as the long winding busy motorway SH20 toward Manukau Harbour, such awesome combination. All come for free.Written November 27, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
