I like it here at Sylvia Park. It's cleanliness and spacious car parks makes it fancier to shop around here. It's also family oriented with it's playground and seating areas for everyone. With my experience, I like going there almost everyday :)

This little lane off Queen Street is full of nice places to eat and a good bar. It is a pedestrian street. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the weather while you eat or drink from the many options. Head here for lunch or a preshow drink.

Convenient shopping for home and farm, everything under one roof, reasonably priced, but sometimes the desired brand or make not be available.

Great layout, easy parking, lots of eating options to suit all tastes. Not as busy as St Luke's but great variety of shops.

Lovely building but sadly lacking in nice cafes with barrister coffee. Nice garden at rooftop. Expensive shops

Tasty, generous meal but 'slopped' onto the plate, Feel presentation could be improved, especially as prices have increased since last visited.

There are quite a few food outlets here including Ampersand, Brothers Beer and Saku Saku. There are a few spots in the front area but it is usually full.
We stopped by for lunch at Ampersand and took a look around since we were here. There are a few shops around as well as a Farro supermarket. It's not very big but does have quite a few options for either eating or shopping.

From the pictorial menu, I chose roast duck on steamed rice as the meat looked juicy with a crispy skin and a delicious looking thick sauce over the top. What I got was half bone, thin tough skin, vile tasting meat with a runny nasty flavoured sauce. The meat, if you can call it that was mostly fat. Even the rice has bits of bone in it. It was the most disgusting “meal” I’ve ever had and it went in the bin.

The mall isn't huge but it is fairly big. Multiple levels of shops including the Warehouse on the top floor at one end and the Cinemas near the other. They also have multiple entrances including ones on Great North Road.
They do have a food court with a variety of different foods.
The mall is quite nice and clean and not too difficult to get around. Large selection of shops including quite a few dollar stores (and a $2 or less store).

Commercial Bay Auckland - a new destination for upmarket shopping experience, in downtown CBD, is very different from before when it was Downtown Shopping Centre. Newly built, it has stylish surroundings, quite a corporate feel, delightful views of the harbour from certain levels, there were places to luxuriously pamper, elegant stores to visit, aromas & flavours of tasty food from around the world. Like busy food-streets in South East Asia with delectable morsels - the well-populated food court, was very busy when we were at Harbour Eats. I have gait/walking challenges (stroke); I wear a legbrace. Style, Design, fine and casual dining, trendy buzzing bars, flagship stores, Commercial Bay shopping complex has something for everyone, great way to catch-up for drinks, coffee, sundowners & watch the world go by. A welcome addition to the CBD, part of the Britomart downtown shopping area.

The Strand Arcade is an old style shopping center where it preserved the elegrance from the old days. Do take the kids there, it is like travelling back in time.

Large spread out shopping complex with several large chain retailers and some boutique shops. Part of it is an inside mall and part is outside village. Food court, fast food outlets and dining options, movie theatres, supermarket, furniture and home wares, beauty, sport and recreation, it's a one stop shopping destination out East Auckland.

More and more make up places and fewer other options. The mall is becoming less and less interesting for varied shopping.

All shops are modern and stylish but there are few people. No liveliness there in the daytime. Night visiting may be funnier. Wifi access is awfully bad. Very very inconvenient.
