Our private group tour was an absolute gem, thanks to our exceptional guides Ben, Tam and Cuong who turned every moment into a blend of education and entertainment. With an impressive command of English and a vocabulary that could rival a dictionary, he delivered fascinating insights with clarity and charm. Ben’s sense of humour was the cherry on top—witty remarks and clever anecdotes had us laughing throughout the day, making even the most historical tidbits feel fresh and fun.

What stood out most was how accommodating he was. There was no rushing, no pressure—just a perfectly paced adventure tailored to our vibe. Ben listened, adapted, and ensured we soaked in every sight at our leisure. The cherry on this delightful cake? His recommendation for dinner in Hoi An village. It wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience—authentic, cozy, and bursting with local flavor. Our guide’s insider knowledge clearly shone through, making this spot a highlight we’ll rave about for years. If you’re after a tour that’s equal parts informative, hilarious, and relaxed, this is it!

Great tour of interesting places. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about both of the sites that we visited. The included lunch was different and excellent.

Mr. Trung picked us up from our hotel right on time in Hue and took us on a fantastic and comfortable drive to Hoi An!! He was so kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made so many stops for us to take photos, and he even bought us a local snack on one of our stops. We felt so safe on our drive and we loved the flexibility of being able to stop and chose the amount of time at each stop along the way.

This tour was one of the highlights from our trip in Da Nang. Giang, Moon and Duong were fun and knowledgeable. You can tell they love the city and are passionate about the food and culture. We loved seeing the city from the moped point of view and visiting all the local family Vietnamese restaurants. We finished our tour at the dragon bridge. Well worth the tour.

Great day trip, well worth visiting Marble Mountains and the caves - lots of Buddas!! Then on to monkey mountain on the far side of the bay, huge statue overlooking the bay with panoramic views back along the beach.

It was a crazy wet day and so we were never going to get sun shining through the crevices in the caves - in fact it was so wet, it rained as much inside as it did outside due to seeping water.

The shame of it was our guide was very focused on moving us on quickly and initially I assumed this was because we were running late due to floods that made pick up access to some difficult. This theory was shut down when after we were rushed through the first site (20 minutes), we were then dropped at a marble retailer and we spent a good 30 minutes being sold stuff, a very obvious and disappointing approach that had an impact on the whole group (10 of us).

As I said - the sites were very special, and I tipped (as I was reminded to do many times by our guide) but more out of knowing it was the right thing to do rather than because our guide made it enjoyable. In hindsight I should not have. I know I am a tourist and I know things are very cost effective here, but this particular guide had no interest in pretending any genuine want to help us understand. I will not name the guide - but urge the company to work with your team to try and make it more genuine and less like a money grab.

The Jeep ride was both exciting and gave me beautiful views of Da Nang beach, Hai Van pass, and Lang Co. Standing at Radar Station 29, the view of the mountains and the vast blue sea was impressive. Climbing to the top of Ban Co, I felt like I was lost in a fairyland with mysterious stories. Ending at Linh Ung Pagoda - peaceful and sacred. A memorable experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our tour was perfect. It was personalised to our interests. We got to see so many different viewpoints and saw the red shanked douc on several different occasions at a close distance. Our guides also provided us binoculars so we could see them in great detail. We got to explore the less busy roads of the peninsula and a short trail down to a rocky shoreline. Our guides were experts and were so enthusiastic when speaking about the wildlife, especially the langurs which they had worked on research projects studying at University. A truly unique experience.

Booking was very easy. We opted for the yacht cruise that starts two hours earlier, hoping it would be a smaller crowd and therefore better experience. We received the confirmation mail and everything was in good order, except the advised time to be at the pier referred to the later cruise instead of the yacht cruise. Unfortunately, next day we got informed that the yacht cruise had to be cancelled due to necessary repairs on the yacht and we were offered re-scheduling to the 8pm cruise or a full refund. Staff was very friendly and apologetic about the inconvenience so we re-scheduled for the 8pm cruise.
Check-in and boarding was easy, we were offered probably the best seats on the boat right at the bow and the order for the drinks included in the tour was taken. The boat was not very busy, probably a dozen more guests that were spread out over the whole ship.
It was a weekday, so the dragon wasn’t spitting fire which was probably a reason for the smaller crowd.
We started right on time and the cruise took about 1 hour 15min.

La Siesta Hoi An is amazing from the moment you enter the reception area to the gardens, rooms are all wonderful.
The best part is the staff they cannot do enough to make your stay amazing.

Our tour guide Ben Nguyen was excellent and he made the trip so enjoyable. He was so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Ba Na Hills was a lovely tour but our weather was very cloudy which hindered the views.
I would highly recommend Ben and this trip x
