... are so calm and easy to walk with, after you get to see the baby llamas and an alpaca, we had a picnic afterwards in the visitors centre and they have a lovely llama gift shop :) would definitely recommend!
We spent a lovely evening together cooking over the open fire and watching the llama mums and newborns in the next field (plus watching / listening to the sheep!) before a sound snooze in the comfy & cosy caravan.

This is a delightful National Trust property; an Elizabethan mansion and extensive grounds beautifully restored and maintained, and imaginatively bought to life by the wonderful volunteers.
House is an amazing journey through history & the room guides are very knowledgeable.Gorgeous gardens which are well tended by friendly gardeners who will tell you anything about the place.Well worth a visit.
