It is wonderful to have such an intimate tour, learn so much, and make such great memories all while enjoying phenomenal wines grown a stones through away from where you sit.
The walking through the vineyards and the tasting of the wine is a marvelous experience, and getting to actually speak to the winemaker, Maria, is a great treat.

We enjoyed learning about the different barrels and ways to develop the 2 different brands of wines (Pruno and Finca Villacreces).

... middle of the personality of the owner, an animated, passionate man who waxes poetically about each glass of wine, as well as the truly unique, delicious wines that - for me- set a benchmark for the regions wine.
Their family have been making wine for generations, and they have a nice museum of farming, wine making, blacksmith, and craft machinery, all of it family heirlooms.

This was such a special day since we first had an Emilio Moro wine when we got engaged, so to get the private tour and the excellent guide Sofia made this one of the best days of our trip.
Paco was very nice and challenging :) First, we visited the traditional Emilio Moro winery and then the new one Cepa 21, so the tour "Tradition and Innovation" is highly recommended.

The winery is immaculate and you can tell this was built with a lot of love and care for the vineyards and wines.
We toured the facilities (modern with great views) and Belen gave us an informative wine tasting after.

Wines were exceptional and the host was gracious and very well able to tell us about the method and family history.
We toured around the vineyard and then we sat at a beautiful table and had a wine tasting and food pairing that was the best I have ever been to (even better than in Napa).

... the more craft wines that you can find in smaller, family run business in the same region, it is worth just to see the cellars, learn a bit of history, get some proper wine tasting hints and have some fun.
We did a 1.5hour Visit, and what we got for the affordable price (10€) was a fantastic guide, lots of information, a great wine tasting and the wine glass to take home as a souvenir.

Their Roble and Crianza are my favorites, but if you have a sophisticated palate, then you definitely need to try their Memoria.
Fernando was a very welcoming host and told us a thorough background of the history of the winery and how they proces the grapes into wine in bottles.
