The whole night was just sketchy! The fact that it is in a mall on the second floor is weird, I find. From what I have read from another site, the same issues have not changed since May 2014.
Let's start off with the fact we were there with a large group of people for a birthday. We had the biggest room we could get. It cost $250, or spend that much in booze and food, and the room is free. I find that to be a bit pricey since we had already ate. My friend ordered a Caesar, and I guess they did not know how to make it. It was fizzy, pink and seemed fruity, barely drinkable. You ordered from the bar, then had to go to a little area beside the bar to pay, odd.
The room was dated and crowded. With the large table, you would have to pick up your legs from anyone else to walk by.
The bathrooms are disgusting. The doors don't have locks, the floor was wet, broken glass, no toilet paper in any of the stalls (I did ask and was given some), there was a drain hole that was not covered in the center bathroom which my friends heel went into and she fell...the list goes on!
We did not eat, there was a smell of grease throughout the bar. Service wasn't great. The karaoke machine are complicated to use, we did ask for help and someone showed us. Still was not easy to navigate. The sound system could use an update as well as the song list. Many Asian songs, not as many new English songs. Some of the videos were not the real videos and random Asian songs would come on automatically if you did not have anything queued up.
I could not get out of there fast enough. I left before the rest of the crowd just due to the fact that it felt dirty and sketchy.
