I took the Beaver Pond loop trail which starts on a boardwalk next to two Beaver lodges and parallels a beaver dam about 30 feet away.
Nice walking trails that allow you to take in the scenery and see the migration of many different bird species.

Whether camping or whether you're only there for the day, making a trip to this provincial park is worth it and is a wonderful outdoor experience for the whole family.
We love the beach & such clean water .. so very refreshing .. fond memories of my dad telling me that the picnic tables at the park in the mid 60's were built by inmates he guarded where he worked

All in all, if you’re in for a bit of a drive, we live 6 hours south of here, we highly recommend this park.
It was also sufficiently challenging for my family who likes a rugged hike.

Snakes, spiders, frogs, lemurs, alligators, crocodiles, geckos, lizards, birds and other small mammals, they were just amazing to see and we spent a good two hours discovering more about them.
Being that we have a ball python and a couple of leopard geckos as pets, we definitely wanted to check this place out.

Rotary Park, which one can access from Beatrice Crescent in New Sudbury, was created by volunteers who generously have donated their time, energy and resources to provide this wonderful community place.
We stopped by the park, at the downtown access point, and the crew was finishing the new 3D Printed Sculpture!
