A great beach, especially if you live in Sarnia. Both the beach and water are very clean. Only downside are the many stones at water's edge.

Exploring the Group of Seven brought us to the Alix Art Gallery on an August afternoon. The summer exhibition Homage features the work of Toronto-based artist Jon Sasaki. His oversize photographs of microbial landscapes that grew from bacteria cultures taken from the Group of Seven artists' palettes at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection. This exhibition was teamed with a selection of the Alix's Group of Seven holdings in a gallery exhibit titled Tom Thomson and the Group of Seven. Both were interesting and worth the drive to see! We also enjoyed the Lambton through the Lens photographs taken by local teens.

The building housing the Alix is quite interesting! The facade dates back to the 1890s as the Thom Building, home to a photography business. In 2012, the original building was replaced with a new modern structure to accommodate the art gallery.

I attend many events at Imperial Theatre from plays to concerts. Every event goes off without a hitch and is professionally run. The talent and calibre of the acts are amazing.

I went running in the park for several days while visiting Canada. The paths are well lit and are in great shape. It’s very convenient to downtown and several of the hotels.

My wife and I were in Sarnia, looking for a nice meal. We did a Google search and this micro brewery popped up. We both had the lobster roll. Hands down the nicest , most tasty lobster roll we have ever had. A little pricy 22$ ( not what it says on the web site 19$) but holy mackerel it was fresh and so good. I had the Cream ale, not very creamy but tasty. My wife had the Brut IPA - Zane Lost His Avocado Bag beer. She raved about the fruity taste. The staff were helpful and funny. We will go again.

Lovely place to go for a walk on a nice sunny day. Well maintained park and beautiful view of the St Clair river and Bluewater Bridge.

The staff at Sarnia Bay Marina is awesome! Brooklyn, Kayla, and Gary are super friendly and attentive. Gary drive us to town every day for shopping and food. The amenities are nice. We used the covered pavilion for 3 days for a group of 50+ and used the grills and tables. Thanks again!

Came to this park for the first time. A lovely spot, lots of flower gardens and an airplane on display!

This is the larger of the two locations. Great selection of beers, Keith let me try a few based on my tastes before ordering a full pint. Great service too.

Burger Rebellion is also located on site. They are technically separate business. I wasn’t hungry or I would have tried them too.

Lots of birds and critters, tends to be a lot of mosquitos and best prepare to protect yourself from ticks. There is a picnic area and walking tails.

Boat Launch is closed. Severe damage due to weather. No word as to if, or when it will be repaired at this time.

Trees and some hiking trails in area. Nice place for a picnic lunch.

Would highly recommend if you like harness racing. Very clean and we will return soon as we had a great time. Great view of the track from the clubhouse. They no longer waitress serve in the clubhouse but have a couple of snack bars that serve OK food along with 1 special of the week which was very good on the Saturday we attended. Whats nice about the clubhouse is there are hundreds of tables to watch the racing action! We came from Warren, MI and took us a little less than a hour to get there. Unfortunately they only run on Saturday nights & their meet ends in September.
