A smaller, specially designed boat paired with a personable, highly knowledgeable tour guide (with a great sense of humour) are the right ingredients for a very special day on the water in Iceberg Alley.
Cecil’s genuine dedication and passion for his tours was priceless in ensuring we had the best possible Twilingate experience, going above and beyond the call of duty in search of whales.

Note: You should dress comfy and wear good footwear for hike up to ziplines (a young guy in our group had cowboy boots) I recommend sneakers/hiking boots.

Knowledgeable and interesting guide; ghosties & ghoulies tour very entertaining; good walking shoes required (stairs, ascents and descents) and an appetite to be amused necessary
Our tour guide Clarence transported our crowd of 35 back into history - the dark stories of murder, mayhem, and death transfixed us, young and old, keeping our attention to the very end.

The fairiologists that do the tour are so nice and patient with the kids, the tours are well organized and maintained, the doors are absolutely adorable, and booking is super easy and responsive.
They had little activities for each group on the tour (read a clue to the next door, gather little firewood for a fairy fire) to keep everyone engaged.

I attended the first Tombstones and Tea tour this past weekend and was very impressed with the storytelling and information by the always fantastic guide, Dale Jarvis.
I never knew the history behind the architecture of different tombstones, and I found that very fascinating when combined with hearing the stories of how some of the people passed on.
