The views are incredible and this is the best place to mountain bike - probably in the world. a MUST for anyone who bikes, wants too, or excels at it. They've all levels and the guides were excellent!

Lines are long, but they do move quickly, and it's worth the wait.

My issue was with the management company. The signs are super confusing, the people at the desks - while totally nice and kind - were not clear on our reservations - and I had to essentially get in three lines to get everything taken care of for our group of 8. They are not flexible at all, but when we made online reservations as a group, it made it seem like everything would be easy and well taken care of. It was a hot mess for busy CEOs who had everything pre-arranged to have to handle this. I guess my learning is to not book ahead? I'm not sure. The overall experience they had was fine though, thanks to my being on site and handling all of the messiness of checking in,

Awesome spot for a day hike near Whistler or Vancouver. It's got stunning views and is totally worth the trip. Just a heads up, you'll need a free permit in advance during the high season. You can get it online starting at 7 am two days before your visit

    What an experience!
The ride itself may be over in 52 seconds but the whole hour leading up to it was filled full of great facts, anticipation and excitement.
The people could not be more helpful and fun and walking the track is worth the money alone.
The ride is hard to describe in its intensity and sheer bone rattling excitement, great times!

A wonderful place to realize that some things take a while to be formed - there is no rushing the formation of a river. Well explained with diagrams and models, the history and formation of the falls is clearly visible. A great gentle stroll.

Lost lake is a must visit for people who loves nature and hikes. Its not very touristy hence the crowd and noise is less. It's half an hour walk from whistle village . The trail around the lake is a good walk for nature lovers. It's one of the easiest trail in Whistler BC Canada.

What a treat to hear stories and the history of the heritage nations. We began with a traditional dance representing one of the important animals and the proceeded to be guided by one of the First Nation members of staff. An absolute must of a visit.

Epic! Epic! Epic! My son and I had the best day riding Whistler Bike Park. It so confidence inspiring. The trails are so well made and up kept. We started on the Greens but quickly progressed onto blues and were soon reveling in the speed an thrills of the DH trails. The lifts are great, staff are friendly and helpful. The watering points dotted at the top and bottoms of the trails are really useful too! If you're going to go to any Mountain Bike Park, make it this one!

Very short and manageable route if you don't want a long hike. It's a well marked gravel trail and you can't really go wrong. There's a suspension bridge across the creak and a load of train wrecked carriages. Great for kids! If the first carpark is full there is an overflow futher up.

    Trail Series, Part 34
“Bicycle, bicycle, bicycle. I want to ride my bicycle, bicycle, bicycle. I want to ride my bicycle, I want to ride my bike. I want to ride my bicycle, I want to ride it where I like.”
    Queen

Does riding a bike while in the mountains sound appealing, but the part that involves barreling down bumpy terrain that makes your teeth chatter, maybe not so much? Well not to worry, ‘cuz we’ve got you covered!

There just happens to be approximately 50 km of trails in and around the Whistler Village that are easily navigated (and numerous opportunities to rent your bike and safety equipment).

We began our journey in Whistler Village and rode the Valley Trail on our visits to Lost Lake, Green Lake, Alta Lake, Nita Lake, and Alpha Lake, while enjoying views of the mountains that seemed to surround us on all sides.

This trail is mostly flat, is maintained in excellent fashion, displays clear directional signage throughout, and nearly all of its sections are paved. While there are some hills to contend with, none of them should discourage riders of any ability level (or those with mobility issues).

This is a great opportunity to meander off the beaten path and explore some of the nuances of the Whistler Village area, with numerous food or beverage provisions available throughout your self-directed journey.

In keeping with Canadian tradition, we were careful to pack an “Oh Henry!” bar as part of our emergency rations (which we finally consumed given that none of our adventures this week involved a search and rescue team).

    And that’s…Henry’s Take.

Nice and has a beautiful view. The bridge feels secure and steady. You get to have the opportunity to see unique views of the mountains and lakes.
