Due to the Alaska Cruise we were on, and arrival was at 6pm on Saturday, August 24th, I recited a late communication with our guide, of his no-show, due to a family emergency. He mentioned about a replacement "could" be sent; it did not occur, as we waited until 8pm. I communicated with the agency the following day, tried to talk to them yesterday, and said I would talk to them next week, as we were with friends in Washington. I received communication today of our request to receive a refund, but they asked me to inform Trip Advisor of our situation, and appeal to you.
