There is a lot to take in while strolling along Stephen's Ave -- starting at City Hall (horse statues), onto Olympic plaza, the Famous Five statues, Conversation Sculpture, Tree sculptures and the Devonian Gardens.
Steven Avenue is a pedestrian mall located from 8th Avenue S.W. to 1st St. S.E. in Calgary and it's a nice escape from the traffic hustle and bustle of the main downtown core.

You can now thanks c train from downtown to chinook and walk across covered walk way ( couple mins walk to actual walk way) Great shopping especially the Canada goose shop which you can’t get back home !!

Food court has a great variety and is very clean especially with the recycling feature.
A lot of high end stores including a Boston Pizza, Shoppers Drug Mart, TD and Safeway.

They still have lots of excellent ingredients vendors, with a huge all-year vegetable stand, and the largest honey vendor I've seen in Calgary.
You also, find food from many countries, fresh fruits, meat, bread, collectibles and many other souvenirs.
