    Do the gondola-dinner combo
    We did a combo deal that included gondola and buffet dinner at Northern Lights — it ran about CAN$103/person. This worked out great — we were “uploaded” about 70 minutes before our dinner reservation. This gave us enough time to walk out to Samson Peak and enjoy the boardwalk scenery before we ate. Then we could dine as the sun went down and lights of Banff came on.

    We didnt spend much time in exhibits or store, but those are other ways to enhance your visit and make it worth the rather steep price.

    Easy time
    Easy to spend some time here as there are plenty of things you could do. Nice for talking a walk and checking out the older vibes if you don’t want to tire yourself out.

    It’s a great place to wander and just get lost, discovering hidden courtyards, quaint cafés, and charming boutiques along the way. Can get a bit busy though.

    Great experience
    We have visited here before and still enjoyed our last visit. The aquarium is well-organised though the $3 charge for the coat check is unwelcome. Our favourite part of the visit is always the walk-through tunnel which showcases their sharks & turtles very effectively.

    You have to stop here if you're in the area wine tasting!
    Stunning place! Beautiful location and architecture, plus an amazing outdoor and indoor lookout where you can see the lake and even Toronto. Super nice staff and incredible wine. I especially loved the Peach wine. This is a spot you have to go to if you're in the area taste testing wines.

    Most beautiful road to drive
    Your eyes won’t believe the believe that surrounds you. Truly one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen. The drive is easy, hardest part is having to keep focused on the road and not want to stop every 5 minutes to take pictures.
