Thanks again to Richard and to Forged for making something so simple such an awesome, addictive activity - our one hour session absolutely flew by and we will be back!
Amazing Fun!!! Had an absolute hoot!! Family competition was on!!! Staff were great fun & really friendly!!
See 1 Experience
Dave, Don, Terry and Jason are the most personable and professional instructors, and I have loved every moment obtaining my P1 and P2.
Dave's always positive encouragement and sense of humour, Don's watchful and meticulous attention to detail always tweaking my flights, and new instructor Terry's ability to make me think to myself about what coul...
It was perfect beginning to end because of the amazing, helpful and fun staff at Happy Paddling!! Thank you so much for providing my family with this fun experience!
Mike and Ann were very helpful...getting us set up for paddling (review of paddling techniques, proper life jacket sizing, storage of belongings in a little locker, taking a photo on our return to shore).
Tim was awesome showed us multiple techniques for every weapon Lots of laughs and lots of fun Thanks for a great time tim:)
For our anniversary, my gf and I took an archery lesson and we loved the experience, from the warm welcome and personalized support during the lesson, to the abundance of practice time afterwards!
Well prepared venue, skillful and attentive instruction for all skill levels, appropriate class size (14), superb choice of menu.
The class I attended had a mix of goals in that some attended for fun, a date, intro to cooking with confidence, and learning the tidbits of a true chef (my intention).

Le Dolci

Toronto
I participated in the Virtual Parisian Macarons class yesterday and learned a ton! Yuki is a very knowledgeable and patient instructor.
We each left with a beautiful and delicious cake (if you've ever sampled one of Le Dolci's cakes or cupcakes, they are superb!
Lots of specialty choices, taste olive oil, vinegars, etc. Really nice staff
As a local, I feel incredibly lucky to have such high quality products available nearby.

Wine Country Cooking School

Niagara-on-the-Lake
We made a three course meal and as we ate it Joe taught us about pairing wine with the foods and we sampled their wonderful wines.
Instruction and class flow made the day go by at very smooth pace and lots of useful information for every level of cook.
I recently had the pleasure of being invited to a very good friend’s special birthday dinner at C’est Bon Cooking School, and it was superb!! From the friendly welcome we received, from Chef Georges, upon our arri...
At the end we all came away learning some new things to try at home and had a wonderful evening full of laughter and fun! Thank you chef Georges for such a wonderful evening, we'll be back for more classes next ti...
Our guide, Keith, is our new super hero - an uber-competent, super-fit backcountry dude who went to great lengths to (try to!) turn us into backcountry ninjas
This involved a small amount of tuition but was focussed on finding the best and steepest lines on the mountain and helping the group get down safely with simple advice and tips on techniques.
My 3 year old daughter and I went for a fun afternoon and the "Pottery" class was our highlight!
Once you are done they keep the pottery and it goes into a kiln overnight and it's ready the following afternoon.
Chef Scott and his fellow colleagues are charismatic, are very knowledgeable in both the culinary arts and the historical facts of a great city that has become a home away from home for me.
Jonas was ably supported by Chef Scott, who guided our small class in the critical skills of preparing rubs and sauces from scratch.
It's mesmerizing and amazing how these artists go about creating amazing objects.
Very knowledgeable and competent staff in a highly functional (and toasty warm) workshop.
