We then went to the Oswestry site, we went around the railway museum which was free and full of interesting objects.
You can't enter the yard itself cos of health and safety reasons, but you can get a great view from the car park, and the chap told us about some of the items of rolling stock and other large items in store there...

... this it's amazing how well they were built without the modern machinery, the aqueduct is very impressive and so is the tunnel, would suggest that people walk a bit further along the canal for some wonderful views
