Stopping in the shade to explain the history of the ruins in such detail that I now want to know more.. The luch was perfect. While it was quite a drive, the Mercedes was extremely comfortable.. - Varun IWilmington, DE1 contributionMy friends and I needed transportation between our resort in Riviera Maya and Tulum on short notice. We had a group of 8 people and the resort we were staying at was quoting outrageous fees for the trip. Then I found Private Transportation and was able to work with Anselmo to get us a shuttle for a much more reasonable price. He was great to work with in scheduling our shuttle. Our driver Jerzzain was on time picking us up and when we wanted to return earlier than scheduled Jerzzain was again available to pick us up right away. This last time we were surprised to be picked up in a Denali. We also like that they are private transfers for a great price. We were 5 travelers including 3 young children (5, 4, & 2 years old) and this is never an easy experience for any parent. Luxe proved us wrong! From excellent communication throughout the booking to texting us during our arrival. The fresh fruit platter and water we requested was plenty to keep our kids occupied until we reached our destination. The drivers to and from our resort were both beyond professional, kind, and accommodating to our entire family. Easy to communicate with through WhatsApp. We have used Topklass three times all round trips from Cancun airport to different locations. They have alway been on time and flexible. The whole service is very professional and Paulina is a great tour guide with plenty of stories about the places you’ll be visiting as well as anecdotes about living in Mexico. Since we’ve only been staying in Cancun for a week we only booked one trip, however would definitely book with Meksykanka again when we’re back in the future. - Natalie B2 contributionsWe used Memo travel to help from airport transport, to getting around Tulum safely every night we were there and then booked an excursion to see the cenotes. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. They responded promptly, even in the evening hours, were incredibly reliable and always on time. The last day we did the cenotes and our tour guide Ari brought so much fun and energy. They sent us really clear instructions with pictures of where we will be picked up from and our greeter was waiting for us when we came out of the airport. Was online with their chat assistant and they sent me link to confirm roundtrip transportation from airport to resort for the following morning. The young man was prompt and as we exited baggage claim, he was there with a sign with our name on it. No hassle, he took us directly to our air conditioned vehicle and he was also prompt in picking us up to take us back to airport at the conclusion of our trip. - olivespencerIrlam, UK48 contributionsWe booked online and it was super easy, payment was efficient and we communicated via WhatsApp. Alberto runs a small family business and on the trip to the hotel we were driven by his son Diego who was super friendly.
On the return I left my phone in the taxi when we were dropped at the airport. I was obviously panicking but we were able to get hold of Alberto straight away and he got the taxi turned around and brought my phone back.
