Beautiful unique experience visiting the cave. Our guide Guada was super helpful and knowledgeable. A must if you are looking for something different to do.

My friend Paty lives near to this cenote. She's taken the tour 5 or 6 times already, but she admitted this was the best time yet....thanks to our tour guide Otoniel. In addition to swimming underground and walking through the jungle we also entered the Mayan Temazcal (sweat lodge) and talked about the tradition. Otoniel is very knowledge about the plants, trees, birds and history of the area. Definitely worthwhile. We learned there are nearly 8000 cenotes in the Yucatan Peninsula, but I'd recommend this one for sure.

Get ready to have your minds blown! Don't miss this park-it is short, can finish in 2-3 hrs but so memorable! The town that is upside down, the blackout walk, mud river, and lemonade from the trees...can't really explain-you just got to go!

It’s a fun place to stroll looking for restaurants and bars, maybe a trinket. I’ve been all around and I know it’s done but I do get really tired of the store keepers pestering you as you walk by. It’s something you just have to tolerate as you walk to your destination.

WOW! We had the BEST time here! The photos are so great! We had the entire place to ourselves and our guide was wonderful. She showed us the photos after she took them and made sure we got all the photos we wanted before we ended the experience. Definitely recommend!

We discovered Kool Beach after our hotel gave us vouchers which enabled us to have a discount there.

The whole place looks really tired and could do with an overhaul. But it more than makes up for that with really good service (thanks William, Jorge, Usemeldy and team), a nice selection of foods and a beautiful beach. It's not limited to holiday makers so there's selection of ages of people who I assume are from Mexico enjoying the facilities as well tourists like myself.

The cocktails weren't great, they tasted watered down. Stick to the beers and you'll be OK. The women's toilets were kept clean and appear to be well maintained.

My husband and I went there several times during our stay in Playa del Carmen and we'd recommend Kool Beach Club for anyone who's looking to escape the crowded beaches and is happy to lounge on a spacious terrace close to food and drink.

This is the FASTER ferry to and from Cozumel. It costs about the same as the Winjet and is much faster and provides a calmer ride. The music is too loud. We ended up piling our belongings in front of the speaker, which helped. We found the staff to be very professional, no concerns there. I would definitely take this ferry over the Winjet.

Good place to stop for some people watching. Great view of the huge gateway sculpture. Also Mayan dancing (they swing upside down from a huge maypole).

Swim and snorkel in the open air cenote and the cave cenote. The staff were helpful and the prices are reasonable considering you can swim in both cenotes. They charge $20 if you use US dollars, but the rate is much better is you use Mexican Currency ($350 Pesos). Enjoy!

Felt save. Guards roamed the beaches and helicopter would go along shore. Beaches cleaned daily of sea weed

We always make an effort to attend Mass while traveling. We've been to Playa several times and always went to the main church on 10th Ave, of which this chapel is kind of an annex. We went to the 12 noon service which was in Spanish. I call it a service, because unfortunately, it wasn't a Mass. I believe the celebrant was a deacon, not a priest, since he did not wear the proper vestments. But most significantly, there was no Consecration, which deacons are not permitted to perform. There were readings from scripture, many of the usual prayers at Mass, but it wasn't a Mass. I mention this to any observant Catholics who might want to attend a true Mass. We did receive the Eucharist. The chapel was lovely, and the people in attendance were obviously devout.

First time here and even the taxi driver asked how did you hear about this place? Beautiful beach with a tropical setting. One open bar if you want drinks and don’t mind the floor of beach sand. From my perspective people who live in Playa del Carmen know this beach but most tourists like me don’t. Found it from good reviews. Would definitely go back.

We did the Dolphin push/ride adventure. It’s the most expensive, but enjoyed a lot. Got to get pushed up out of the water by 2 dolphins, loads of pets, splashes, swam with the “big papa” dolphins and a “dance”. The excursion itself wasn’t too bad; about $90 a person. The photos were crazy expensive. It was $190 for photos, and we obviously couldn’t bring our own GoPro or camera. We didn’t buy pictures and they didn’t want to negotiate at all. And they were only digital, if you wanted 3 prints it was $50 more. It obviously doesn’t cost them $190 to email me pictures. I could have gotten *some* pictures emailed for cheaper. But that obviously isn’t any cheaper for them to send some rather than all of the pictures.

The most Amazing thing we did on our holiday. We were so lucky since we went early morning 8am both of myself and my wife had the whole pool to ourselves with interactions with 6 dolphins. Usually I believe 2-3 dolphins for 6-8 people.

We did the foot push which was amazing and all the ticks. Money paid for this is well worth it and one of the highlights in our entire life and a big tick off the bucket list.

However was very shocked to hear about the prices for out pictures and videos. $250 we were told and we were really shocked! This is most expensive picture package we have ever had to pay in out entire life travelling the world! So be prepared for that since your not allowed cameras or phoned inside.

We had no choice but had to buy it i would have give. 3 starts but since we had the most amazing time with the dolphins I have still given 5 stars but be ware of they trying to ups kill extra time, phot package.
