The activity and the team were incredible. The guide showed us many fishes, turtles and starfishes.
    I totally recommend.

We had a party of 9 adults. $54 cab fare each way from cruise port. The food was good but smaller portions as the food is unlimited. The wait staff was friendly, dressed clean and professional and worked really hard all day for not just our party but for many others. We opted for poolside chairs and the wait staff found us all chairs together close to everything. The beach was pretty but does have coral so can be rocky in certain areas. They have many beach inflatable obstacles in the water that were fun but distract from the natural prettiness of the ocean. This is a day excursion so you can tell that the place wraps up when they know cruisers will be leaving and heading back to the ship. The restrooms are monitored and kept clean. We knew ahead of time to bring our own towels so that wasn’t an issue for us. There are areas to get under shade - but this is an outdoor venue that can be hot if in the sun - the pool was refreshing. There was a mix of families with young children, couples, teens and family groups at this resort and all were using the pool (I'm not sure why some reviews said children weren’t allowed in the pool? They most definitely were). We enjoyed ourselves very much and would return again!

This private full day tour was exactly what our family was looking for during a no dive day. They were also very accomodating by moving the date at the last minute for us. Our guide Angel did a great job on our tour around the island keeping us on schedule and adjusting to our needs. We saw so much of the island and enjoyed every stop. Would have rated a 5 but one of our vehicles was in poor condition and not considered safe at high speeds.

Smallish group, fast boat with shade, tour with softdrinks and a snack (good chevice, guacomole) enjoyed while standing in shallow water with stingrays. Friendly and helpful guide, thanks Eric.
Four stops, each with a focus: turtles, corals with plenty of fish and sleeping sharks in a coral cave, starfish and finally for us a new experience: many stingrays around us in very shallow water (1m), while enjoying fresh snaks and interrupted by dropping down to watch a stingray, a nice experience. Although several other boars nearby, it did not feel crowded.
All in all, a nice, friendly and relaxed tour with snorkling sights in clear water. Worth the money (forget Playa Akumel which is a circus of the worst kind).

I would happily have taken my kids on the tour from perhaps 10 years, assuming they are able to swim and snorkel confidently.

Loved everything about this tour. Adriana was the best tour guide. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about Cozumel. The snorkeling was amazing! We saw a variety marine life and we weren't rushed to move on to something else. The animal sanctuary and light house were both a great experience. Views from the lighthouse were breathtaking. The chocolate and tequila tasting was a great experience. And the fajitas and fish tacos were delicious. You can't beat a restaurant right on the beach. The kids snorkeled while we were waiting on our food. I would give this tour a 10 out of 10 and recommend Adriana as your guide!

Tour was great. The ATVs move well and the tour leader gave us enough excitement mixed with safety. Alejandro was awesome. The sights were beautiful. A++ all the way around.

Our family visited Cozumel in July. The tour guide text us a few days before arrival asking where we would like to visit and offered some suggestions. However we didn't realize a number of locations are closed on Sundays and once we realized the tour guide allowed us to move the tour day out a few days when destinations would be open. On the day of our tour I received a text from the tour that Charly was waiting outside our hotel which included a photo of Charly with a sign out front so we would know who to look for. We spoke with Charly on where we wanted to go and he offered some suggestions as well. Keep in mind this tour is basically just the driver for you. If you go to a destination that has fee's it is not included, and the guide will not occupancy you inside. However Charly was very helpful once we got to each of our destinations with getting checked in and explaining the process or where to go which was helpful. Through out the ride Charly also provided a lot information on the history of the island. We chose to go to the Mayan ruins ( be mindful they will not take credit cards here only cash ), the Bee Sanctuary, Coconuts, El Mirador and made some stops at beautiful look out points along the way. At the end of the tour we stopped at La Conchita del Caribe for lunch. The staff was very nice however the seafood didn't have a lot of flavor so it was just so so. We probably should have asked Charly for lunch ideas instead but overall it was a great way to spend the day getting to see so much of the island and having someone with us to help us to each destination and providing more information about the island.

We really enjoyed this excursion. The staff was great, especially Alfredo! You go snorkeling and then to a private beach where you can swim, kayak, paddle board, go on the inflatable slides and trampolines, eat, relax. The water was beautiful. Can’t forget the unlimited margaritas, beer, and soda!

Overall great experience, well organized from start to finish. The only reason I removed 1 star, the boat that took us to the submarine felt like a jail - one of the crew members made sure that everyone remained seated at all times, so my curious 4yo son wasn’t able to see anything while on the boat - e.g. other boats passing by and docking. He tried to get up a fee times just to get a better view (not running around, just was trying to get higher on his seat), but we were asked to sit him down every time.
We never experienced such strict control on any other tours (and we did quite a few in Mexico and other places)
Other than that it was a great experience.

Loved this excursion! This was perfect for our group of friends as we were on a cruise and wanted an adventure during our time in Cozumel. This tour did not disappoint as it was truly crafted to take us all over the island.
The meet up spot was very easy and simple to find and then we were able to hop into the jeep and immediately start touring. The jeeps were clean and air conditioned
Our tour guide Alex was awesome and spoke great English. He did a great job and had a cooler stock full of drinks, Mexican soda and water.
We enjoyed our stops at the Tequila Ranch, Highest point in Cozumel, visiting a Cenote, and opportunity to snorkel and eat authentic Mexican food.

Lastly, when we needed to add 2 more individuals to our reservations, the company was great, accommodating and flexible as we were able to make changes day of.

Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as I highly recommend this company and plan to use the, again if I’m in Cozumel

The staff was amazing! Our captain was energetic. The boat was organized and my family of 5 had a blast! We saw everything they said we would. Sea Turtles, huge starfish, coral, sting rays and even a small shark. We even got to swim right next to the stung rays!

What a neat whole experience! They start you off with a neat Mayan dancing and ritual, and you can choose to take photos with the dancers which we did, and of course gave them a little tip at the end. You get seated and learn about the different ingredients and make a really wonderful salsa and guacamole first, eat and enjoy with a tasty beverage right away. Then you move from the table and go learn about another set of ingredients that make some different pes that flavor the different meals that you end up eating. Then you could to make tortillas and learn how to cook them properly, and even cut one open and stuff it with beans and try it with some various salsas. Then back to the table for another super amazing green drink that was our favorite, along with some wonderful lime chicken soup. After that a full of black beans with pork that you decorate with all sorts of yummy toppings to suit your tastes. Then a taco and tostada were served with a pineapple drink, and finally each person is given a selection of one of three different desserts. The coconut cream was fantastic. All of the service was great and the young man who did our experience was exceptional. we thought this was well worth it and not only was it interesting and we learned a lot, the food was absolutely wonderful. You cook some of the things, and some things are served to you that you don’t necessarily cook but you learn about the different seasonings /spices that make the recipes. 10/10 a great experience, and our class was rather small – there was only 6 of us, and we enjoyed chatting with each other along the way. Make sure to leave a nice tip for the above average service. We gave 5 bucks each and it was by far the most anyone gave from our group which was a bit sad, because the experience was extraordinary.

Very nice time had by all. I wish the photos they took weren’t so expensive. I bypassed taking my own and then regretted it.
