- Luis EliasNaguabo2 contributionsFirst of all, we had a blast. Our pickup and drop off at the hotel was on time. Rides were all great atv, zipline and cenote. We changed to an upgrade and it was awesome. Guides were very respectful and fun like Mr. Flash. The only thing I hated was that the young girl at the desk who was selling us the upgrade, offered us Mimosa. My family and I are not drinkers, we are against any alcoholic beverage and we don't know about liquor. I asked her if the drink had any alcohol and she said "no alcohol*. When we asked the employee who was serving she said that the Mimosa was an alcoholic beverage. - Hoeffi39 contributionsIt’s impossible to see everything in only one day, but the things we did were all great! Here’s my ranking out of the activities we’ve done:
1. swim with shark
2. sea trek
3. dinner booking for the final show
4. underground river
some things I wish I knew before:
- don’t buy water shoes, they’re not needed at all - I did every activity barefoot or with crocs provided for free
- bring your own waterproof phone case, over there They’re sold for 37US$ a piece 😅
- if you don’t have too many things with you, you can skip the lockers at Xcaret plus. During the underground river you have your things in some kind of sport bag that will be handed to you at the exit. At all the activities they have small lockers, which can’t be locked but are constantly viewed.
- bring a refillable water bottle, the park has many spots where you can fill them with filtered drinking water.
Don’t go if you’re broke 😬 - besides the entry fee you need to pay for most of the activities extra. We as a couple spend around 900US$ for the above.
I recommend the dinner booking for the final show, you don’t have to queue for good seats and you can enjoy a 7 course meal during the 2 hour show from great seats!

- Bethan R1 contributionWe had a great trip this week. Very well organised from booking, and pick up to drop off on the day.
It's the end of the season so the whale sharks took a while to find, and it was worth it! As a bonus we swam with dolphins we saw on the way.
We stopped at Isla Mujeres for lunch, freshly prepared by the team it was delicious.

Cenote was nice and also the Tequila tasting was quite interesting. Only the fact, that taking pictures was not allowed, was a bit disappointing. Of course the event team took pictures. But for a family they wanted to have additional 120 USD for an ok‘ish quality. - Vicki K19 contributionsIt was a good time, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. We were able to see multiple sea turtles, others cruising by - party boat 🥳 and the view was just breathtaking!!! I really had a good time.
I did wish, however, that the $30 dock fee (15 pp) was in the initial fees paid online. I feel like you are being taken advantage of once you get there with after the fact fees that should have been included. This park has tons of things to do and could easily be an all day trip. The bus was scheduled to bring us back to our hotel about 8 hours after getting there, and we were ready to go so we just took a taxi back. Huge lunch buffet was included in the price. Only negative is they wrote my helmet number down wrong so none of the pictures i personally took were sent to me but everyone else’s in my group was so I guess that’s ok. Food after was beautiful too, very authentic unlike all the hotels.

We were unsure as to which snorkelling experience to book as there were many to pick from (and because we hadn't done it before) and this one did not disappoint! We saw so many fish and 4 turtles. Our tour guide Kekay was fantastic and everyone was really friendly. They took us to 4 different snorkeling spots. We bought the photos and so pleased we did as they are amazing. From pick up from our hotel to the boat, the snorckeling and all of the 4 the wonderful sites and all the beautiful creatures in the sea to dropping us off back to the hotel. We saw many beautiful tropical fish, rays both burried in the sand and swimming, barracudas, starfishes, corals and seaturtles!! This was so much more I had hoped for!! My children said this was the most beautiful experience of their lives! Our guide Deisy was super nice and attentive. We also bought the fotos that were taken at the trip. Amazing!!!!
