- Ssanyu B10 contributionsWe booked the roundtrip from airport to hotel. Our hotel was 15 minutes max from the airport. I liked that it was a private shuttle. My luggage was damaged on the way to Cancun, so it was hard to deal with (missing top handle on a checked luggage bag) but they handled it well. Kalido was easy to book with, fairly priced, and clear instructions. Rafael was an absolute delight as a driver, helping to load the bags, perfect car temperature, and light conversation. - Paul KLiverpool, UK43 contributionsCancun Shuttle Rep waiting outside Cancun Airport, gave our names to him and within minutes our driver arrived to take us to the Riu Cancun. The driver was friendly and polite and the car was immaculate. Going back to Cancun Airport on the 19th September, driver was on time as advised in our booking and he was friendly and polite. Car was clean and with really good air con as it was a really warm afternoon. Prices going to and from the airport were much cheaper than what you would pay in the UK. The communication was wonderful ... they updated us frequently and we never worried about meeting our driver. The prices were great, and the driver was very friendly and helpful. - Martha W1 contributionI recently traveled to Cancun and used TCS to schedule my transport to our resort with a return. We did have difficulty finding our driver, but we found him within a few minutes of asking for help. They were prompt, courteous and accommodating. I left a bag on our arrival at the resort and we contacted TCS to have it returned and within 30 minutes the driver was back with my bag. I really appreciated their promptness as I was really upset with myself for leaving it behind. Will definitely use the service again if I am fortunate enough to make another trip. Easy to find coming out of the terminal and transport was quick to arrive.
Booked a return journey and the transport turned up just slightly ahead of time, which was great.

Mario Lopez was a great driver, he took time and pointed out places of interest along our route.
