    Reliable Transportation
    We've used Cancun Shuttle the last two years for our stays in Playa del Carmen for transportation to and from the airport. The service has always been reliable and carried out per our website bookings. The vans are clean and in good shape and the drivers don't waste any time getting you to your destination. They are professional and appear to know the road and traffic conditions.

    It isn't the cheapest way to get to the airport but there was room for all our luggage and the pick-ups at our condo were very punctual. To save a few bucks we've used their ride share option to get from the airport to PDC (which does take a little longer) and we enjoyed chatting with other travelers enroute.

    Best Airport Transfer Service!
    Our driver, Rafael, was right on time & so friendly. We will definitely be using Kalido Travel again when we return to Cancun!

    On Time
    I think the only thing you can hope for with a shuttle is that they are on time. They arrived promptly when they said they would both at the airport and hotel back. They even waited at the airport for over an hour while we had to wait for our luggage at baggage claim. I would recommend them.

    Over all great experience! Felt organized and safe. Would be nice if the representative followed up personally rt away

    Dependable
    I wasn’t sure about booking a transfer ahead of time but they were there when we arrived. We did have a hard time seeing the sign with our name on it but we had help outside the airport and someone directed us to the right person. Price was $41 CDN and that’s what they charged. I would definitely use them again. We also told our friends about them and they used it too and we’re happy.

    Reliable shuttle with car seats for children
    Safe, reliable transportation at a great price. It took 2 hours to get our luggage at the airport, but he waited patiently and was standing exactly where he said he would be, holding a sign with my name on it. A good quality car seat was already installed in the van. The return trip to the airport was just as easy. The driver arrives early and again, there was already a car seat installed. We will definitely use them again next time we are in Cancun.
