Very well organised trip to visit chichen itza, the cenote and tequila tasting in Valladolid. Our guide, Tony, was super informative and very friendly. He had lots of information about Mayan culture and civilisation. He was always clear and the pace of the tour was good. Our driver alexis was great also and made sure we were safe at all times. The buffet included in the tour at the cenote was enjoyable and tasty.

I would say to improve the tour the bus AC could have been better. We found ourselves quite warm at most points on the bus journey. I would also say be aware of extra costs such as life jackets, locker, entrance to chicken itza, and lots of goods at these attractions are expensive. We did a rest stop where most things were expensive.

Overall, I highly recommend the tour but we aware of above. Huge shout out to Tony again who was an excellent guide.

    Truly Excellent Adventure!

We went as a family four and cannot rate this tour highly enough. We did arrange a private transfer, it felt like we had our own crew (guide, driver and photographer). Arturo is an exceptional guide - funny, knowledgeable, passionate, organised and responsible and supported by an excellent driver in Martin (the conditions driving back were horrendous) and photographer Derik (our photos were fabulous. Paying the $159 US meant we didn’t have to worry about capturing the memories) - this was an A class team.
Air conditioned van, snacks, water, full snorkelling kit supplied. Great, simple tips as well to ensure our face masks did not fog up!

Tulum ruins are spectacular. Arturo had a gift of providing excellent Mayan history without making it sound like a history lesson.
There is also a shop prior to entering the ruins to buy the usual trinkets and brim-a-brac.

The snorkelling was great. You get on a small boat out to the reef, takes 5-10 minutes.
My wife who was not keen on jumping off a boat and snorkelling was fully encouraged and supported - they allowed her to hold on to a life ring as she is not confident in the open sea and the currents were noticeable. She loved it!
We saw loads of sting rays, an array of fish and even 1 turtle (it drifted past but it’s ticked something off the list now!).
We had Derik do a full photoshoot for us on the beach and with us in the water taking some great underwater shots. He managed to photograph the rays and the turtle.

Then we went to the Cenote - it was like a different planet. Derik was again with us taking some great shots of us jumping in to the water. Be aware, the water is cold as you would expect- we were in there for a good half hour. There are fruit bats in the cave amongst the stalagmites, stalactites and columns. This was truly spectacular. There was a monsoon and seeing the rain fall through into the cenote was breathtaking.

Lunch - probably the only slight improvement I would recommend. Chicken and pork tacos - I thought they were ok, my family struggled to finish their meals. The lunch location is the place you are most likely to get mosquito bites, I guess it can’t be helped given the amount of rain lately but it would be remiss not to advise we took a couple of hits.

That aside, one of my favourite day trips ever. I can’t recommend Ocean tour’s highly enough.

I had the pleasure of being driven by Edgar, who exemplified exceptional patience and courtesy. Despite a nearly hour-long wait for my luggage after disembarking, Edgar waited patiently without any sign of frustration. Upon reaching the car, he greeted us warmly with a smile and ushered us into a pristine, modern Maybach. The vehicle was well-stocked with a variety of refreshments, ensuring our comfort. The journey was both swift and secure, making for an excellent experience overall. I would highly recommend Edgar to everyone including my Grandmother!

My husband and I accompanied my 18 and 21 y.o
We were the oldest there, and it’s more for the younger crowd but they enjoyed themselves. If the twerking, booty shacking and grinding offends you, then this isn’t the excursion for you. It didn’t bother me or my husband. I liked there was an opportunity to get in the water and a little jet ski time. The tour guides are funny and fun and really get the people involved.

This was such an amazing tour that we took with Eco Color Tours! It has been a bucket list item for a long time and we finally got to do it!
We were picked up very early, 6:00 am as we were the furthest down (Playa Del Carmen) and had to go up to the top of Cancun. Our driver was Angel (I'm not sure if I got his name right). Our guide Naa'ra greeted us when we exited the lobby. She was very sweet and we chatted while we made 5 other stops to hotels/resorts on the way up to Cancun. When we finally arrived at the dock we waited for just a short time before we were escorted to the boat "Eisha" where we met the captain, Reyes and the sailor Lalo. Lalo was the one that went into the water with us to guide us. On our way out to the spot, Naa'ra spent some time letting us know about the rules about our jumps and what was expected of us, which was very helpful to know. It took an hour or so to get to the spot where we made our first dive. There were a lot of boats there but didnt seem to be too crowded. We took turns jumping in with Lalo to guide us. It was amazing! The whale sharks are huge! Very majestic and very regal, swimming along seemingly without being bothered by the people. We got in 2 jumps each for only a few minutes and both were amazing. We even saw several dolphins swimming along with the whale sharks. When we were done, they gave us some sandwiches and water as we headed back to Isla Mujeres. The sandwiches were very simple but very tasty. While we were at Playa del Norte we had some delicious ceviche and guacamole that I believe Reyes the captain made. I'm sure the whole crew helped with it.
We finally headed back to Cancun and we were driven back to our resort. It was a marvelous day spent doing something so unbelievably marvelous. I will never forget it!
A huge shout out to Naa'ra, Reyes- captain of "Eisha" and Lalo, our sailor. You all were amazing and we will definitely book with you again when we next come to Playa Del Carmen/Cancun! Thank you for making a dream come true!!

The day was amazing! I wish we had more time at each section. The food could have been bigger portion. One thing I did not like is the locker rental, insurance and other things are not mentioned to be paid. I felt like I was being pressured to constantly pay pay pay which took away from the experience. Our driver was great, early and friendly. Our guide was friendly and on time too. The activities were so much fun.

We were stuck with tropical storm Alberto, but Jaqueline did the best she could to still accommodate the tour. It was 13 of us and everyone was so friendly and supportive. The tour was interesting, safe, informative, beautiful, and soggy. I would definitely use this company again.

The water at playa Norte was indescribable. So beautiful. We also had the opportunity to snorkel, my family had the best time. It was an awesome experience. Thanks to the staff for such attentiveness they made this experience possible.

    Wow! Just AMAZING…
I visited with my husband, a 5 year old and a 3 year old.
For long excursions (such as this) we always take a small stroller for the little… the park is VERY stroller friendly!
Expect to spend a bit of money… we did the dolphin experience (we all kissed a dolphin, boys were beyond thrilled), a wine tasting, and the VIP dinner for the show (these sell out FAST, but if you get one it is sooooooooo worth it!)
My ONLY complaint is that the pictures after the dolphin experience were ridiculously over-priced and not very good (we passed on those).
My only regret? Not being able to visit for more than one day, we only experienced about 1/3 of the park for lack of time!!!
    Absolutely recommend.
