- Ilovepalms99 contributionsIf the weather ist Not good for the beach, there are # shopping centers for spending the time in Cancun. - Larry WRochester, NY19,404 contributionsThis was a fascinating shopping experience that offered lots of interesting things to purchase, plus a tequila tasting area in the rear (at least it looked like that). We bought some souvenirs from this store which were OK. I must admit that the ice cream stand in front sold ice cream (or gelato) that was not the best. Still, it was a fun place to visit.Written August 26, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- itala333Cancun, Mexico90 contributionsdont get this confused with the city of tulum 2 hours away south..this is the avenue where the huge mall of the Americas is and ibis hotel and many other hotels are on plus hospetals stores this is a very busy little street that goes to the city hall as well as to areas of shopping that are kind of secrets to many because they are so much cheaper than some malls..check it out with the whole family especially teenagers....interesting and many busses go down that street on the way to the hotel zone..Written January 16, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Edward D.Lucena, PB4,577 contributionsMany years ago, Cancun was a place where you could buy inexpensive silver jewelry. Nowadays, this is not the case. In fact, I only know of one such jewelry store that’s in the Hotel Zone, and it’s Millenium Jewelry.
I bought my wife a silver collar in Cancun 25 years ago and we were just browsing when we saw a bracelet that was a twin for the collar, so I had to buy it. The price was very good; the salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy. He was also very helpful when asked about other things in the Mall. We actually stopped back in a few times to get his orientation.
If you’re looking for silver jewelry for yourself or as a gift, or other silver ornaments, I would recommend you shop here.Written March 24, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Alla PBrooklyn, NY3 contributionsI was in Cancun in May and my husband wanted to buy me Cartier bracelets! We spent a very long time at the boutique and finally I got 2 bracelets, one of the actually had wrong red threading, which was replaced here at Manhattan, NY . I would better buy it here. We spent more money In Mexico and Never got tax return! Since May they promised 40 days , then 45 and nothing. We spent the whole evening waiting for person to fill paper and still no money back even after I sent all papers again to tax refund! Very disappointed! Don’t buy anything therey advice!Written August 15, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- MadChinaman121 contributionsLook for a charger unit for my SO
Went to a place that looked reputable in a nice shopping mall
Asked for a charger unit
When **Sold** a charger unit, salesperson stated that if it wasn’t right because I didn’t bring the laptop since I thought there was only one
My SO shared that it didn’t worked properly
Returned to the store for a refund
Their next actions were suspicious because it was very familiar of past “Scam Stores” I’ve encountered
First, they checked if it was defected
Their tech person shared that it only is producing 70% of the needed power (it was a smaller charger unit - something I never knew)
Went back to get a refund
Manager said that they only give refunds if it is defective (**doubt that**). Stated that your tech person it was only providing 70% of the power - hence defective. Manager (General??? - he is seen in the attached pictures) still said no. In fact, his store didn’t have any of the product I needed
Restated my positions in my 20+ minute conversation with him
Apparently, this store has a No Refund Policy
Since they are an Apple Reseller and in Mexico, they have no obligation to abide to any Apple or American guidelines
Suggestion: Abide by your own guidelines to avoid this store since there other options in Playa Del CarmenWritten June 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
