The shopping center has it all in case you forgot something! All shop personnel helpful and kind. Love having breakfast at the Aquarium - ask to sit outside.

Fantastic, entertaining and a 1 of a kind experience. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good time on an evening while in Cancun. Edwin really kept the crowd engaged and the food was amazing. Pay no attention to reviews about the portions because although each are small, there was a good sampling of each. Drinks were plenty (lots of tequila) and live music at every turn. Hope to return again on future visits to the Riviera Maya.

Fabulous exhibits of Mayan artifacts. Not too big so children will stay interested. Then after the building you can walk the grounds and see several ruins on site. Convenient way to have a cultural experience without booking a huge all day trip. The ticket was only $5.00. Be sure to use bug spray for the ruins walk which is short and easy. Anyone can do this.

If you pay for a round trip using their ferry you can go on to the tower for free, so do it, cuz paying 15 USD por a 10 minute ride not worth it.

Fantastic park! We loved this day so much! The monster trucks are awesome and scary at the same time. The white water rafting was beyond fabulous, the expert rafters made us feel so safe. I was a little nervous but had a blast. But the jet boats, holy cow! Those guys know how to drive! They treat that river like a nascar race track! So much fun! Kaleb H. was our favorite driver! Thanks for the awesome memories!

We wanted a short excursion for our first day in town. We enjoyed seeing the space, but declined adding a tour guide. There is a sweet older man that you can have walk you around and explain everything and in hindsight we should have paid the extra money. Without him we were ultimately looking at a bunch of rocks with no context. The grounds are kept up and there are beautiful trees and iguanas and birds around. This is a short excursion.

We walked here from the R1 bus stop, it’s full of locals having food and using the playground. A few stalls to buy souvenirs at good prices. Had one of the best burritos ever and then also tried the churros. A must visit!

The experience was the best thing we did in Cancun. Since I read all the reviews beforehand I expected to pay an astronomical fee for the photos. Didn’t feel like haggling, so upwards of $300 for photos. That’s the negative.

We paid for transfer from the hotel and it was a nice air conditioned ride, bring tip money to tip the driver twice since you get a separate driver there and back.

The dolphin swim was great, lots of time with the dolphin and trainer. I had low expectations going in (5 min total actual splash) so the 25+ min of interaction time was nice.

Totally didn’t know what to expect with aquarium trek and thought we’d be herded like cattle with 50 other people. It wasn’t! We went into a large tank with one other group. And stood around the tank for 15 min or so while the employees fed the fish and took pictures. It was super awesome to see and touch the fish so close. Unexpected experience and a nice bonus to finish off the aquarium experience. Then they show you the photos taken and if you want you can pay the obscene pricing.

There is about 30 min to explore the shopping center before the transfer takes you back to the hotel.

Great new outdoor mall area with lots of shops, restaurants & bars including an IMAX theater. Most of the stores in the mall can be found elsewhere in the Cancun area - at Plaza de Isla (La Isla Shopping), for example. But, the stores here are new, larger, appear to have more variety and more upscale stuff; not just tourist junk. The area is well designed with lots of escalators to move you upstairs and downstairs, and is just a nice place to walk around even if you don't want to shop. There are quite a few good restaurants and bars on the marina side of the facility - some very upscale, and others more on the pizza & beer side of things. The location is very nice to see; the marina with beautiful boats, the new unique architecture of many of the surrounding buildings and hotels. You can get here just by taking the bus from anywhere along the primary road in the hotel zone, or if you have a car the parking is easy, close and cheap. You walk directly from the parking into the various sections of the shopping area.

My friend and I used Ultramar to travel from our resort in Cancun to the gorgeous Isla Mujeres islands. They are on a very strict schedule which I appreciated, because if you miss one, the next will come in the next hour which they do really well staying on track. They have live music on the boat which is really nice for the local musicians, who are all so talented and authentic!

My group did do the snorkelling excursion with one of the sales reps, Eric, and he was amazing and very assuring and reliable! There were a few groups before us so once we docked, my friends and I had some time to explore the beautiful island then it was our time to leave on another boat to go out and snorkel!

It was amazing! The water is so clear and can definitely tell the fishes are very familiar with people. They will swim all around you! We did go on a day with a bit of wind. It was bearable if you are a strong swimmer, the waves are not too large with the amount of wind we had, but for me, I am not the best deep sea swimmer, I had a hard time keeping up. Thankfully our guide had a life ring you could grab onto to catch a breath or just hang onto while he tugs you around so you can still look under the water and see the wildlife. So if you are not used to deep sea swimming, do not go on a windy day!!!!

Finally, we ended out day on another island for lunch! It was pretty fair for being included in the price of the excursion. I believe it varies depending on the package you get, my group got access to the buffet, we did not have drinks included. I saw other tables had their plates pre made and brought to them including drinks so it just varies but it was all the same food. Overall I had fun!

We visited this market while staying on the Riveria Maya near to Playa del Carmen. We took a taxi from our hotel which was not cheap but safe and convenient as he waited for us.
The market itself is relatively large with and full of shops selling Mexican arts and crafts. It is an eclectic mix of silver jewellery to tequila to mass produced skulls to real crafts. You do need to look beyond the standard stuff and the shops selling the same old stuff to find interesting items. You will be badgered with people trying to sell you but that for me is part of the fun of such places. Prices are not cheap so always ask for discount. We enjoyed our few hours there and found the things we wanted.
We also ate in one of the restaurants in the centre of the market which was really good. I can’t rennet it’s name.
If you want some souvenirs and prepared to haggle this is the place to go.

A secluded beach that is totally worth driving to it.
They will charge you $100 pesos to get here after the gate.
Just drive all the way north on avenida bonampak and you will get here.
They have a small restaurant that serves really good seafood, the staff is friendly and the place superb.
