Great place for kids! Fabulous concept and reasonable price. Well organized and extremely safe. The only issue is if your kids don't speak Spanish. At least the staff is very kind and allows u to go with your kids and help to translate from Spanish to english, but if you don't speak Spanish then is quite difficult.

I was not sure what to expect, but was blown away by the deep connections, memories, thoughts it triggered in me. Thank you sensarma for opening my senses and reminding me how important it is to take a moment to analyze our emotions, feelings and sensations. I experienced their new play ''colours'' as well as ''Cantos'' both were very different. Colours was very much a journey through all the energy points and chakras, and cantos was a sensorial voyage through mexico and its prehispanic roots. I highly recommend living any of these experiences, especially if you feel like doing something out of the ordinary, and more like extraordinary, or if you feel like experiencing Mexico through your senses.

Made a visit to Kidzania on a Tuesday at 11:00 am. We were prepared for a long line and was thrilled to see that the event was pretty empty. The lines did begin to grow after 2:00 pm when many local schools wrapped for the day.

Plan to spend a few hours here with your children. There are many activities for the kids to enjoy. We do not speak Spanish so that proved to be a small obstacle but our children did their best following instructions and participating well enough.

Tips: There is Wifi to help pass the time. If the kids want to participate in the Rock Climbing Wall or mock Underground Construction job they need to wear pants. Pack your patience as each station limits the number of children at a time so that they can fully participate.

Nice place with small children. Don t forget your socks (adults as well) as it is mendatory. The decoration and activites are only in natural texture as wood and textile (made in Mexico) almost no plastic...You can only stay 2 hours even if it is not full and the entrance per kid is 150 pesos. You have to reserve in advance. Food work like a little but like the mercado la Roma (5 restaurants are able to bring you food souchi, seafood, mexican, panaderia...) Much better to order in the same place as they will charge separately if you don t .. and it can be complicated at the end. We had an accident there a 3 tears kid cut his finger very deep with one of the adult chair Was a lot of blood. The reaction of the staff was so so... Took pretty long to help after we request it, had really basic box with only alcool and bandage. They want to put alcool in the deep cut of a 3 years old boy .... Anyway I don t think we will be back in Joy Lab.

Pretty standard trampoline park small section at the the top of a mall. They don't let you bring any food or drinks inside but they do have a food court inside that you can purchase drinks and food from. The food court staff was not very friendly and seemed to be in hurry (I was her sole customer). The rest was pretty standard.
