Raul, the chef, greeted me at the door. He was so welcoming and friendly. We, firstly made a brief visit to the nearby market where I learned about the produce we would be using in our cooking session. We subsequently made guacamole, quesadillas and tamales, washed down with a delicious hot homemade chocolate and cinnamon drink. It was all very delicious and Raul was so patient as I am a novice with Mexican cookery. I had a lovely time and would thoroughly recommend the experience to anyone interested in Mexican food.
