    Swimming pigs Excursion
    Captain Higgs and DJ were very nice. If you’re looking for a more intimate excursion, this is it! Snorkeling wasn’t the best I’ve ever done but it was nice and relaxing, seeing the sea turtles in their natural habitat was very cool. The best part of the trip though was the private beach you get to enjoy while waiting for the pigs to come out. Gorgeous views.

    Bucket List Checked off...Fantastic excursion with a Great Price
    The "Swim with Pigs" excursion was something middle daughter and I really wanted to do. Our cruise ship was cancelling this excursion so I set out on Trip Advisor to find an alternative. This was an amazing option. We walked through Port, left on Bay St., then before Elizabeth St. took a left and the office was on the left...less than a 15 minute walk. We arrived at 9a for a 10:30a tour. Due to inclement weather we ended up on the 1p tour. It was our choice to delay or cancel the excursion. The waiting area allows for free phone charging, children entertained on iPads and clean restroom. We loaded onto the boat and enjoyed chips and water included in the price. Rum punch was free while waiting and while on the island. The Captain took us on a *bonus* short tour of Atlantis waterways with great trivia. Music played as we hit high speed for Pig Island. The island was beautiful with plenty of chairs. Hubby and I love to hunt for sea shells and they were plentiful and beautiful. The Pig event was very well explained and enjoyed. The crew were so helpful with children, pictures, etc. We then loaded back on the boat and were taken to the most gorgeous reef. Snorkels were provided for folks who did not have them and we had plenty of time to explore. The Bahamas Jet Boat team were all so friendly. Overall the price was much lower than the cruise ship option. I highly recommend this!

    Fun excursion
    We loved the half day ATV excursion with Niko. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. Highly recommend booking through Viking Rentals!

    An adventure filled day with a pirate!
    We loved the pirate Jeep tour. We were met right off the cruise ship dock by our driver Captain Dark Chocolate! He was so friendly and informative to us about the island and gave us tons of informationa while driving and at each of our stops! We started at the island caves and actually went inside and could see the bats! Then we had a quick stop at thebeautiful Cable beach for some photos. I would have loved to spend longer there but we had a lot to see. Then we went to Fort Fincastle and saw the inside and outside of the fort. Right near it we did the Queens Staircase. Our daughter that has special needs including down syndrome did not want to climb the steps and Captain Dark Choclate was gracious to wait with her up at the top of the stairs while my huband and I climbed it and took photos! We bought a cute hat at the local stands there and then it was off to the John Whatlings distillery. We don't dring but still found the rum making process interesting and the history of the house. We were able to get everyone in our group even the Catain a virgin drink! Our final stop was the Tasty Teas tea house that we were able to learn about the island teas and also they had rum cakes. Our captain was so nice and said he would drop us off where ever we wanted to end our tour so we choose Cabbage Beach and he took us over there and gave us some tips on gettin a discounted umbrella and lounge chair before he departed! Since we were traveling with someone with special needs this trip was perfect as she does not like to do a lot of walking and we could pace ourselves and see as much as we wanted. Definately a great trip for families and to see alot of the island and Nassau.

    great over view
    the tour was amazing, the guide was engaging and funny. he was very knowledgeable and keep the whole group entertained. We were only there for a short while but was able to see a lot of the island and still got a chance to go to the beach. I would def recommend for any cruise passengers

    Airport transfer
    Our driver was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle was comfortable and clean. I recommend this for anyone needing transportation in Nassau. It’s much better than a taxi.

    Rose Island Snorkel Tour. 4 hour snorkel and beach experience.
    Our Travel Advisor, Amanda Gudites from Salty Breeze Cruise Planner's suggested this tour to us. This excursion was wonderful. Captain Paul and his co-captain Marty were fantastic hosts. The boat was comfortable, the snorkeling was great (they were so helpful and patient) and the beach experience was beautiful. Plenty to drink and great conversation. We all loved it. The four hours went by way too fast. Highly recommended!!!!

    Don’t listen to other reviews!!!!!!
    Prior to coming I was reading all the reviews and was skeptical of the island and the experience but when we arrived, it was much better than I expected! First, everyone in our group arrived early so we left on time. The boat ride was a quick 15-20 minute ride along the Bahamas mansions. When we arrived on the island we were able to do as we wish. There weren’t crazy’s mount of people so it was a much better experience for us. Snorkeling was the highlight! Unlike everyone else in the reviews, I thought they gave us plenty of time in the water. The guide didn’t guide us but it was still a fun time. The food is actually not bad, it was barbecue chicken, fish fritters and steamed vegetables and complimentary water. Bars were good and had plenty of drinks options and beers. Beach was beautiful, clear water and white sands and the water activities included kayaks and paddle boarding. We had 4 hours on the island which is plenty of time to swim and relax as you please. The only thing I could complain about is how they didn’t offer free complimentary water for the price we paid. But overall, we had such a great time!

    The voyage was great. Food was good. I felt that a couple of the staff were very unprofessional by drinking and flirting with the guests. But the drinks kept flowing and were poured strong. Love it plan on doing it next year when we return to the Bahamas.

    Fun!!
    When we got to our location we were informed by locals on the beach that the company we were looking for were at a different beach because the waves were to strong ( which they were) but the company never informed us. I had to call them and he immediately had his driver come pick us up and take us to where they were located. The experience was VERY fun but I felt as tho the company was rushing to get us on and off the jet skis. I paid for half an hour for 2 people $120 so I rode alone for 15 mins then they had a younger guy ride my step mom for 15 mins. I stayed on longer than her ( maybe 12 minutes) and he rode her around for not even 10 mins. My sis and her boyfriend did an hour and they had to remind them they paid for an hour. Again GREAT experience just felt they were rushing us. I’d recommend keeping track of the time you start so you get your moneys worth. After we finished they did drop us off back at port.
