The marketplace used to be such a lively place, and it's sad because there are now a lot of shops closed and not a lot of people around. We were fortunate that there was a Junkanoo there on our last day which made it a little more lively with more shops open, the braid ladies were out and there was some dancing in the square. So we did have a good time dancing and shopping around. Hopefully tourism picks up a bit to bring some life back.

Interesting historical spot. Pushy, but informative, self-appointed tour guide that works off tips. Don’t walk there- possibly unsafe- take a tour bus.

We stopped by for about 20 minutes on our boat day. It is worth seeing if you are in the area but I wouldn't need to go back again. The pigs are funny to watch swim but only the larger ones came around when we were there. All the smaller ones were hiding in the shade on the beach.

should have dived here . The weather was to bad on 2 occassions to get to the wreck. We dived at the barge 90 feet which was excellent, then turtle rock. Shame we did not get to the wreck but the dive centre focusing on saftey as a priority . The sea was very rough on both days.

Last port of call on our 4 day cruise. There are several local booths in this area. few other places to eat and get a drink. Just a nice little place to walk around and pass a few hours.

WE walked to the garden form out hotel and found them to be posted with signs saying that it is provate property. WE wandered around the edges and no one stopped us, but we weren't sure we were supposed to be there.

This is a REALLY busy street with touristy shops and restaurants. There is a small straw market just off of it, toward the cruise port. Lots of lots of empty storefronts, though.

We visited while on the way to the Queens staircase. Pretty cool for historic value but the fort was closed so all we could do was walk around it. No sign was up with posted hours so I’m not sure when you can actually go and get into it. Disappointing.

It is all the latest reviews stated except we saw or heard no dogs. We slitherered through a small opening in a gate and walked through a wide open gate 30-40 feet away at the first wall. We did trespass. It’s not necessary to start at Atlantis though. We walked through the tunnel, through the Atlantis employee parking lot, there are guards but they didn’t seem to mind, passed a oil storage area and an Indian Ashram retreat. The man watching the oil tanks actually asked if we were looking for the Ashram, we said yes, and pointed us in the right direction. From there it is all beach and coral. My wife and I were careful and are in pretty good shape but we both had sandals and are both 65 years old. You can do it.

Really enjoyed purchasing and sampling the local products here. Friendly staff, local honey, local produce, and even some non-local cheese, hummus, etc. loved it.

Lovely place of worship discovered on our walking tour. Step in to see the stain glass and architecture of its time.

We stopped quick to see Montagu beach and stumbled on this lovely Fort Montagu, that had a nice view of the island. Nice little area to relax and take in the peace and quiet. Also had some reading of history and it is the oldest fort on the island. So that was gray for the kids to learn. Nice quick stop enjoy and thank me later.

Our family enjoyed the visit to the farm. George and Sissel are great people to visit with. The fresh fruit and vegetables are amazing. I have never seen avacados and mango that large! It is a great stop on your way to Gold Rock Beach. The farm animals were also interesting to see. Great place to visit on our vacation!
