Absolutely breathtaking! A wonderful day pass trip away from the cruise ship. Definitely easy to get to. Download the app. The map helps you find your way. If you love sea life and swimming, this is the place.

Our recently visited Blue Lagoon, booking the Adults Only experience through Disney, and had an amazing time thanks to the exceptional service from Maria. Upon arrival, we realized we did not have towels due to incorrect information from the ship, and there were none available for purchase. Maria quickly stepped in to help, finding a solution that made everything effortless for us. Her quick thinking, kindness, and commitment to ensuring our comfort turned a potential problem into a smooth and enjoyable experience. Blue Lagoon is a fantastic destination, and staff like Maria make it even more special.

This was our second trip to Cococay. Wow what a difference! We arrived on allure of the seas and utopia was there too. With that many people there was plenty of seating/areas on the island and not one time did we feel like it was overly crowded. We picked chill island to hang out at and it had a bar and a snack shack. The food was impressively good. It was December when we visited and the water was like spring water but was amazing. Royal Caribbean did a great job with the dock and island.

Was here on cruise took public bus with 3 families,my kids friends and my sister total of 15 people. Beach is clean and decent. Has a public decent restroom. Don’t expect resort style ambiance because it’s not. Vendors is around and will approach you. Otherwise it will do. Our party had great time otherwise.

We had a long walk here without sidewalks in a few places. The Queens Staircase is 66 stairs and right around the corner from Fort Fincastle. There were a lot of people. It offers a nice shaded area. The stairs are free.

Oh my gosh - this experience was EVERYTHING. From the moment we checked in they made my daughter (on her birthday!) who has some sensory issues feel comfortable. James and team were absolute gems and had us laughing and learning the entire time. Sammy was a star and I am now a forever fan of sea lions. This experience is going to be hard to top!!

Absolutely fantastic experience for families and for couples! We had a group of mixed ages while on our recent Disney Fantasy Cruise in July 2024, and it just couldn’t have been better! The adults only side of Castaway Cay was perfect for a little peace and quiet for our oldest daughter and her boyfriend. Grandma with mobility issues was able to easily catch transportation from the port to the beach area to be able to sunbathe and cool off in the water to her heart’s content. Our teen daughter read happily on the beach and our 10 year old enjoyed the slides. The food was fantastic, drinks and refreshments plentiful, just a wonderful day. We can’t wait to go back on our next cruise.

Junkanoo beach is about 20 minute walk from the cruise terminal. On route you pass many gift shop including the Straw market.

The beach itself is not as pretty as some pictures may show although it was very clean.

We made the best of it, hiring sun loungers and a parasol from a lovely local man called General, who was a pleasure to meet.

Swimming in the sea was fabulous, I would recommend a visit if you’re wanting to stay fairly close to the port, rather than going on an excursion.

Visited off the carnival sunrise. Not the prettiest private island, but still…very pretty with nice features that make it a very lovely beach day. Plenty of shade, although I rented an umbrella. Plenty of bars. Good drinks. Bathrooms a bit lacking. Tender over and back.

My nephew and I took the deluxe tour last week and it was the highlight of our trip to Nassau!

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the park and its history and purpose.

Edmond (Edmund?) picked us up at our time share and gave us an interesting tour of the island on the way to and from the park, as well as some basic history of Clifton. Very knowledgeable and friendly. His passion for the park’s mission shone through. It was very inspiring to learn that Bahamians banded together and protested to ensure the government bought and preserved this important part of the area’s history for all to share.

Edmond dropped us off at the idyllic beach for the guided snorkelling trip first to ensure we would be able to do this activity, given it was calm at that time but had been windy all week.

The snorkel guides Jamie and Jason were absolutely delightful. Jamie oriented us to the natural history of the area, what we might see on the tour in terms of sea life, and we discussed ongoing challenges for Bahamians in terms of pollution, the oil industry and energy sources, with a beautiful idyllic beach backdrop. He highlighted not only how difficult things could be for Bahamians in terms of unreliable and expensive energy, but also how the pollution from tankers actually threaten the islands number one livelihood: tourism. We could see a tanker off in the distance while at the beach and several more when looking at the statues that honour formerly enslaved women, so this was an important conversation.

I really enjoyed learning from Jamie and hearing his passion for the island and the natural environment, and how he tied that to broader social forces and challenges. Thoughtful and knowledgeable.

Jason led us on the snorkel tour and was a kind and patient guide. The water was clear and beautiful, the setting idyllic and we saw a lot of beautiful marine life, much more than at the reefs near Cable beach where we stayed. A real highlight. The statues and the sunken boats were cool to see as well.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch on the beach afterwards brought to us by Edmund and then took the heritage tour led by another delightful and informed guide nicknamed Taf (Tafari). It was so interesting and informative to learn the history of the park and of the Bahamas as a whole from him, combining natural, social and cultural aspects of Bahamian life and history. And Tafari was kind and funny.

All in all the passion and knowledge all the staff showed for the history and mission of the park and the Bahamas was interesting and inspiring. I learned many things I didn’t know and really appreciated learning. Often history focuses much more on the colonizers and we don’t get a view of the original indigenous inhabitants and the Africans brought to the Americas and Caribbean against their will. Given the descendants of the formerly enslaved persons are the vast majority of Bahamians, I appreciated hearing how their histories entwined with beautiful and important Clifton Park.

Thanks for a wonderful day. 10/10 recommend if you want to learn about the real Bahamas and snorkel and relax in a beautiful setting, while supporting an important Bahamian natural and historical resource.

What a wonderful experience, the views are incredible the convenience of a restaurant on the beach and also a more formal restaurant inside Pink Sands made dining experiences beautiful and yet simple to plan. All of the staff and I mean all of the staff could not be kinder, sweeter, or have more skilled customer service qualities. From the reception with the glass of wine to turn down bed in the evening it was definitely a class A experience with five stars for beauty convenience class in the ease of getting around the island in a golf cart was fun enjoyable and allowed us to go to many different restaurants Plus the restaurant in the Pink Sands. We will definitely want to go back👀✔❣
