Wow, what a find. We nearly had this beach to ourselves and boy is it beautiful. Shallow water that you can walk out into for what seems like miles. A truly beautiful secluded spot. Much better than the crowded, touristy Sapodilla Bay Beach up the road.

I had a nice time here. There was a DJ that played a variety of music and then a live band plays. The band really engaged the crowd. After that, the Junkanoo band came. Make sure to walk around and check the various menus. We tried two different places. One was for the fried fish, mac and cheese and festival, and the other was for the lobster and festival. The fish was amazing and so was the mac and cheese and festival. They all tasted very fresh. The lobster was good too, but the festival could have been better. We also had some drinks and checked out the crafts and souvenirs. Overall, it wasn't a bad Thursday night.

This is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The sand is white and powdery. The water is crystal clear. And there are food vendors and bars.

As soon as we got off the plane we went here right away to grab some beer. We ended up staying for a few hours because the staff was sooooo fun and friendly. They serve fresh popped buttery popcorn when you get there (free) so that was a nice surprise!!!! We stayed in Turks for 2 weeks and went back to brewery at least 4 times to stock up on beer and to see our friends!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Party of 9, visited Bight Reef in August 2022. 4 adults/5 teens. Incredible snorkelling just steps into the water. You really only need a mask- I don't wear fins or the tube attachment. The reef is SO close to the beach you are almost on top of it the moment you walk in the water. We brought hammock-type floats and laid on them, just put your face in the water- it is as if you are in an actual aquarium. There is a vendor right as you walk onto the beach to rent chairs and such- but we just brought towels from our hotel and plopped down. We ate at Somewhere Cafe right on the beach, great little spot with yummy food and drinks- and really great service!!

Long Bay beach is not as crowded or built up as Grace Bay but the water just as nice.
That’s where Provo Ponies take you down to the beach and it’s fun going into the water with the horses.

Ohmigosh these endangered rock iguanas are tooooo cute! I've never seen an iguana in its natural habitat, and I was excited to see them. They like to hang out under the shade, because it's hot as heck even for the iguanas! To find them, walk slowly and keep your eyes open. You can also look on the ground for tell-tale, well, tail marks, as you would expect from an animal walking with a tail on the sandy ground. They are cute!

The water on this island is also amazing on both sides, including Half Moon Bay on the north. You'll want to bring shoes to walk around and get from one beach to the other side, as there are lots of pine needles, rocks and other ground, including, yes, hot sand.

If you have a chance to see these critters, do it! So cute!

This was possibly my favourite spot on the entire island.

    TLDR: Must see spot

The drive down is treacherous. I saw a number of small cars down in the car park right at the beach and personally I do not recommend driving any car down this road. It would be extremely easy to get stuck or do major damage to a rental car. You do not want your holiday ruined by having to deal with dealing with the financial fallout of a poor decision. Any rental car company will take every dollar from you if you damage a car on this trail.
I suggest only attempting this road with a skilled driver and all-wheel drive/4X4 and a vehicle that has a high clearance off the ground. If you only have a car, I suggest parking at a safe spot (before the red barrier/gate) and walking down to the beach. Once you pass the red barrier/gate, the road gets really rough, really fast.

Anyway at this point, let's assume you have made it down safely.
There are no washrooms, running water, beach attendants, vendors, lifeguards down here. Usually, this place is empty. Be warned that along the entire path off the main road, all the way to the water, there are many security cameras, including some rotating cameras that monitor the beach and the sea. This is a really isolated beach with spectacular views. There is a gazebo if you need some shade while out enjoying the view. There are some really nice reefs, both real and artificial that make for memorable diving. There are posted maps and visuals that help you get an idea of what you will find.

This spot was recommended to me by a fellow tourist, and I am glad i was able to make the trek down. I think everyone should make this journey.

Great place for local crafts and awesome selection of unique art and jewelry. They even have an Anna’s Too now with home things! I would definitely check it out at the Salt Mills!

The water was calm when my wife and I went snorkeling. Others were in the water doing the same thing. We were good swimmers and didn't use a life jacket, though other swimmers who were snorkeling did wear life jackets. You don't have to swim far out from the beach to see marine life. We saw all manner of animals, including sponges corals, anemones, starfish, sea urchins, among others. And reef fish large and small -- angelfish, butterfly fish, damsels, grouper, a moray eel, parroting, a trigger fish, and more. We dove down for brief moments to get closer to the animals. We saw a couple of rays near the bottom.

Tightest slots I’ve ever encountered. Played all evening and didn’t see anyone having a good night. Blackjack hosts are amazing tho. I’d only visit again to play table games.
