Absolutely stunning soft white sand beach. Water is so warm. You can float around without moving a muscle. Lots to do or just soak up the atmosphere and beautiful weather. Highly recommend a trip, or more, while in Tobago.

I don’t think it’s possible for me to visit Tobago without heading out to the Nylon Pool. Sadly, an under-marketed Wonder of the World. You have to see it to believe that it exists!

Gorgeous beach, turquoise water with a sandy bottom that drops off close to shore. Waves that are large eenough to be fun but not scary. Lovely restaurant that serves great island food - stewed chicken, grilled fish and shrimp, rice and peas or fríes, drinks. Pretty souvenirs. When we were there in February 2022 there were 5 other small groups sharing the beach with us.

Well this place is God touched the veiw is spectacular and the feel is welcoming
A must go to add to your wishlist
Now as a critic it was my first time there not knowing if it had food got carried food from crown point there saw a restarant on the beach that has burn fire on Thursday night at 7 and decided to eat there some how a 'dotish' woman who was the cook there didn't like the idea said we needed to buy the food there to eat there lol as senseless it was due to that restaurant had no food to eat at the time
It seem like the lady had issue with trini being at her restaurant
Sorry but you need to change your attitude and your poor service policy at beautiful castara bay
I must say though despite that it is heavenly and I would be back for seconds and the burn fire

What a spectacular place for hummingbird viewing. Was nearby to where we were staying and the host was most generous and welcoming. Nearby paths where great and we got to see a Tobago Mot Mot as well. We were very pleased we spent time here!

Had a great day yesterday in the Main Ridge Forest Preserve with Newton George. We were in awe of his skills at locating birds as well as the history of the rain forest. He was very informative and patient with us(we’re not real bird watchers). Highly recommend him.

Lovely beach, calm waters for swimming, but be mindful of the sunbed men trying to overcharge you. And also be mindful of the men who hang around at the top of the stairs, can often give ladies unwanted attention.

Argyle Falls is a lovely little nature trail, that leads to the first level of the falls and a lovely 18 foot deep swimming lagoon. You pay a very reasonable 60 TT per person to enter. There are washrooms and a snack bar. As part of your entry fee, you are assigned a lovely guide. In our case it was Lenin who is a very well informed person, knowledgeable about the local plants and how they can be used as herbal remedies.

Lenin walked us to the falls, and then we let him know we were going to swim and hang out for a couple of hours, and it was ok with us if he wanted to get back to guide the next set of clients. The trail is very easy to follow so you cannot get lost going back. However, having a guide is well worth it, because you learn about the local plants. Please tip your guide well. It has been a tough time being in tourism during Covid.

We swam, ate some snacks and had a great time. We could have walked up to the next level of the falls and the one after that, on a steep trail with a hand rope but we were too chicken!

Once we left, we got a good lunch from a little grilled burger and chicken place up the road.

There are a couple bad reviews of these falls, but it is clear the people writing them drove their cars to the top of the falls and were disappointed. The swimming area and the biggest falls are at the bottom and you must walk, you cannot drive.

Wonderful surprise to come across this jewel in the rainforest! The highlight of a wonderful holiday - humming birds feeding from our hands. Thank you Shurland for your welcome and enterprise.

This was good to see , sadly the museum is closed on a Saturday !! Easy to walk around, some of the buildings were closed . Stunning views and ideal for photos. Can walk back down to the town from here.

For someone who's been to Tobago "ah million times" I really don't know how I didn't find this gem sooner!. It can accessed via a short boat trip (cost us roughly $40TTD) and for the nature lovers, you can drive to a point and then take what seems as never ending steps downhill BUT you will be stunned at this awesome view, beautiful atmosphere, shinny pink sand and clear blue waters. Sunset projects a romantic setting. A must on your next Tobago visit, really beautiful!!!
Tips: carry light refreshments, walk back to the car exhausting but definitely worth it.

If you can only do 1 tour while in Tobago do this one and contact frank t tours. They were very knowledgeable and truly love the island and its inhabitants. Lots of birds to see but if you are not into birds it's a spectacular view... And the reef is amazing for snorkeling.

Stuck in the pouring rain, mid pandemic, with no option of anywhere to eat in Scarborough, we drove into the hills and trusted in the Universe. And so it was we stumbled on Eden's Door. Dr. Jennifer, a true host, although closed that day, opened her doors and her kitchen to us, and gave us the best meal of our entire stay in Tobago, made all the more enchanting because we helped to prepare it. We simply cannot speak highly enough of this amazing woman and her incredible property. Enchanting conversation, healthy, fresh and delicious food. A true tourism gem. It's hard to believe you're just 10 minutes from Scarborough. Unmissable!

One of many fort locations around Tobago. Each has their own unique history, and the views are always magnificent. Tobago has such a unique and varied history, and I'm extremely lucky to have been able to visit! This particular one is a nice park area, a few steps, sot handicapped accessible.
