What travelers are saying
- MD_T0uristNew Jersey239 contributionsThis is clearly the highlight of our trip to GC. As you will have read, the Seven Mile Beach is actually 5.5 miles long (consistent with many other over statements on GC), and the Governor’s Residence is nestled among the luxury hotels. Beach chairs and cabanas are operated by each hotel, and you can order drinks directly as a guest. Hotels also provide equipments for water activities including kayaks, snorkels, life jackets. Many people walk up and down between the hotel areas (unlike some beaches in other counties where access is restricted), and it is actually a preferred route to go up and down West Bay Road for breakfast/lunch because side walks are mostly one sided.
There are a number of areas for snorkeling - the best one near the northern end. Jet skis can be rented. There are also two “jet cars” which are quite annoying but appealing to teens and the inebriated, which I imagine cost a fortune.Written November 10, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We relaxed for a few hours in the sun. Love this beachWritten October 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - A D1 contributionIt was a very rainy day but we made the most of it and took a ride on the ferry. Garrett was our driver and was excellent! Super kind and nice to talk to. - Steve MScottsdale, AZ660 contributionsMy wife and I played the 9 hole course . The wind was really blowing but we had a good time. The course is well laid out and has water on 8 of the 9 holes. There is a good variety of tees. Since we were in the afternoon, the play was very quick. The price is pretty high. Would recommend.Written February 28, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- William HPortsmouth, NH122 contributionsIncredible service, great views and an enjoyable golf experience. Call the clubhouse if you don’t see available tee times online, especially if you’re a single. Also offered a 9-hole option when calling, which wasn’t available online. Only public course on an island that can be expensive, so keep that in mind when paying.Written May 12, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Marilyn CGrand Cayman3 contributionsAn amazing massage with Hannah! She was fabulous. This spa has the best ever massage beds with subtle heating which literally mold to fit all the contours of your body, if that makes sense. You will definitely fall asleep! - helenabrahamPuerto de la Cruz, Spain25 contributionsI've just spent a week staying with a friend on Grand Cayman and went to 4 classes at Bliss. The staff were unbelievably warm, friendly and helpful. They remembered my name from the first session and were really flexible about my passes. The space is light, airy and clean and all of the classes I attended (4 different teachers) were well taught and enjoyable. I'll definitely be back when I return. Thank you.Written May 8, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Stephanie MHalifax, Canada151 contributionsI arranged for Duke to meet me at my hotel for a private tour of some of the island’s best snorkel sites. He was on time, friendly and very patient with me as I went off and did my snorkeling.. I felt completely comfortable with him and he knows the island very well and is a safe driver. I would highly recommend you contact him at Cayman VIP tours for your transportation needs. Thanks a lot Duke and Hopefully I’ll be back soon!Written December 7, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
