I was there a couple of years ago and it was a blast! Very good rum in many different styles and flavors. I especially liked the dark rum and bourbon barrel aged rum, and the 7 fathoms was really interesting. I even liked some of the flavored rums.

Tour is very inexpensive for what you get. The distillery is not a massive production plant. It's a nice smaller place with real character. The people there really seem to go out of their way to show you a good time.

Nice souvenir shop with many different items.

The CIB tour was so much fun! We were fortunate to have the head brewer guide us, and she was fantastic. I learned so much! And the beer is of course delicious! More than enough samples to try. The staff are so friendly. We will be back on our next visit to the island!

We rented 4 cabanas for our group of 21! Fernando worked with me on booking for a day without cruise ship traffic. It was not crowded at all and the cabanas are really nice and comfortable! The appetizer plate that was included in the rental was pretty amazing. Fed all 6 of us! Wait staff was wonderful and couldn’t do enough. We had a wonderful and peaceful time! Best mudslides!! Thanks Coral Beach for hosting our family group!

I stop here very often on my way back from work to thank and pray Sainte Thérèse of Lisieux. The statue of Ste Thérèse is beautiful and located in a quiet corner at the front of the church, a prime location as she deserves, and it is wonderfully peaceful to come and visit her, and pray.

Fantastic art space with historical permanent works and contemporary works. The current show was amazing. I really loved the cultural themes explored. I rode the bus, then took a scooter from the bus stop. It was a nightmare because the scooters are limited to zones. Ugh! After finally arriving, the intern at the front desk was super sweet and offered to call me a taxi back to my place whenever I was ready. It’s definitely worth getting there, but just take a taxi if you are not super close. It will save you time and money.

After having done something similar at a previous destination, my kids were excited to find this inflatable obstacle course during our vacation to Cayman Islands. I went myself with three young kids (ages 7-11). The 11 and 9 year old were able to pair up and go off on their own (with lifeguards watching) while I kept with the 7 year old’s pace. Everyone enjoyed. It was super exhausting, especially since I was constantly hoisting my daughter back on - one hour was definitely enough. But it’s been the highlight of our trip so far! Some helpful tips:
    - they provide life jackets
    - no water shoes allowed
    - You can bring along a phone in a watertight bag to take pictures and there’s a spot to store it in the middle of the course.
    - it’s a bit of a swim to get there
    - for a child that needs extra assistance, 1:1 parent:child ratio is absolutely necessary
    - look for a 10% coupon in one of those coupon books they give you at a resort or condo
    That’s all! Enjoy!

If walking about George Town, stop by Heroes Square. This would be of interest for anyone who is a history buff as there are several busts of Caymanian notables and a sculpture titled " Tradition" by Simon Morris in memory of those lost at sea.I could have spent more time there.but was in a hurry.

Visitors can pass on this attraction. There is a cannon, a replica of a lookout and two interesting wall murals, not much of a "fort". A plaque tells an interesting story about how the fort was used during the Second World War. Don't need to spend more than five minutes here.

This is just a short walk from the cruise ship terminal, and a pleasant, attractive building. We came here to get online, because the ship's Internet is very slow, to say nothing of expensive. They have computers you can use for a fee, Americans should make sure you have small bills for exact change, as they can only make change in Cayman currency. They do have free WiFi if you are happy enough to use your mobile devices.

This was one of our ports of call on a Caribbean cruise, and I must say it is much neater and cleaner and generally nicer than most Caribbean ports. We enjoyed strolling around downtown George Town and checking out the landmarks and history, and at no time did we feel unsafe. We also took a boat tour out to Stingray City, which was lots of fun. We had a chance to play with the animal that my car was named after, and could even feed them pieces of squid (they suck it up out of your hand underwater like a Hoover). To be honest, we find many Caribbean ports poor and squalid, but not here, which makes sense because it is a major banking and finance hub.

When you have a bunch of kids to entertain in Grand Cayman and they have had their fill of the beach, Cayman Mini Golf is a great fun outing. The facility is in need of fresh greens, but that didn't stop us from having a great time. This is an affordably priced venue that is right on 7-mile beach.

As previously noted this is located under the floor of a shop that sells hats and tourist stuff like fridge magnets etc. It is interesting to learn now hard it was to get enough freshwater to stock ships.
Unfortunately my photo is not very clear as it is through the thick glass floor.
