My wife and I shared an ATV. We split the driving. There were two other couples, so there were 3 ATVs in total. We had 3 guides who led us, they rode small motorcycles. We made about 6 stops. We stopped a few times for fresh fruit the guides collected from along the trail. We sampled some: star fruit, guava, coconut, jack fruit, local apple, and sugar cane. We stopped in a village to jump from a small bridge about 6' down into a stream, and float into a pool of refreshing mineral water. Along the way we saw horses being corraled, goats, and cows. Traveling through the farms and villages seemed like authentic Jamaica. After the ATV tour we had an authentic Jamaican vegan meal, it was very good!
We all really enjoyed this excursion.
