So much enjoyed my visit to Bob Marley museum. The tour guide Ricky Chaplin was amazing, best guide in the word! - we were singing BM songs all together with the group. Thanks for such a wonderful place for the tourists!

We mainly went to try the patties and the famous ice cream, the ackee and saltfish patties were amazing and have perfect pastry, unusually shaped. Though a little over priced at 750 Jamaican dollars, approx 5USD.
The ice cream was again really good, although I'd stay away from the pistachio flavour, it tastes more like artificial almond flavouring. The crunchy munchie, strawberry cheesecake and cookies flavour were all delicious.

Nice visit within the coffee trees and very insightful learning on the coffee growing and business. Nice area - fresher than the rest of the island so nice to appreciate that weather as well

Visited as part of an excursion and the tour guide explained why this park was built and who the seven statues are and why they are important to Jamaica and the abolition of slavery.

Lovely lounge with good food, Wi-Fi and aircon. Staff were pleasant and offered lots of food. They took us to the gate personally which was a lovely gesture

We enjoyed seeing the Fort. Our guide was knowledgeable. We were the only ones there. Hopefully others came later in the day!

As proof of our high opinion of the trip to Holywell, my wife and I felt that the 3-hours we spent there, which included a 1-hour hike on part of the Oatly Mountain Trail, lunch at the Blue Brew Bistro and the overall views in the park area justified the 3 1/2 hour drive from Ocho Rios on the scenic route (the old road to Kingston) and the 2 1/2 hour ride back using the Chinese-built toll highway. No way we would have (or could have) driven this route ourselves, particularly the last 20+ kilometers between Kingston and Holywell (one hour up and 50 minutes down) - a super-twisty, narrow road with some unexpected challenges such as a segment where a recent landslide left a narrow way through. Fortunately, we had Orando Comes, a driver recommended by the Jamaica Inn. There were some imperfections. The signage leading to the hike was somewhat deficient and wasted a half-hour. The Blue Brew Bistro on the site was on the pricey side, at least for us paying in US dollars at a rate of 125 Jamaican for 1 dollar - but adequate and convenient. A full and satisfying day. The hiking would probably not be enjoyable (or possible) in wet weather. The vast majority of visitors were picnicking Jamaicans.

Only weekends they are opened 9to5 for now, admission $1000/$500. You receive a lounge chair based on availability. I do hope they get umbrellas soon. Lifeguards on patrol as well as security, I'm told the venue is still in redevelopment stages. If you remember the layout, all is still maintained
Beautiful and serene atmosphere and clean relaxing music. song selection are great by the DJ hope that continues.

Fish/Lobster and nuggets/chips for kids are done to order on site. Do order early to avoid the rush.

Seaweed, it's not smelly when on the beach. I thought it would by what some folks say, its really not i was there from morning until evening and did'nt smell a thing. The water is nice and warm and swimmable once you pass the breakwater as the tide pushes the seaweed along the shore, But its all good otherwise.

Go see Pressure - current multimedia, jaw- droppingly good exhibition containing a collection of some of Jamaica's finest contemporary artists. Would be equally at home in New York or London etc. Terriffic to see Jamaica taking its considerable home-grown talent seriously. Even my teenage son was mildly entertained!

Big campus with lots of green space; small bookstore mostly carrying locally published books and with a gifts section; very highly ranked university with great researchers.

The highlight of our day was visiting 41 Fleet Street. Beautiful, inspirational, murals span several blocks, and a yard. This community artist project is uplifting, and shows a sense of pride, and progress for this neighborhood. I see this as must see destination in Kingston. It felt safe and welcoming.

We went to the Little Theatre to watch a pantomime called "All Aboard". For the past 77 years the Little Theatre Movement has staged this national pantomime. The pantomime highlights contemporary issues weaving a story of love, drama, comedy, music, and movement. It deals with the plight of the Windrush generation, those Britons of Caribbean extraction who settled in the United Kingdom in the 1940s, 50s and 60s and their children.
