River Antoine Estate Rum Distillery
#1 of 34 Sights & Landmarks in Grenada
Authentic view on the traditional methods to produce rum from raw sugarcane, using a centuries old water wheel via a wooded aqueduct to process it along with original copper pots doing the distilling ...all polish...
Loved this tour of a working heritage site with a water mill made in Derby UK circa 1840 to power crushing the sugar cane.

Belmont Estate Belmont
#2 of 34 Sights & Landmarks in Grenada
Our tour started at the site of a cocoa tree and ended with the delicious fruits of the labour (Belmont Estate organic products - only available on site).
Got to learn about cocoa, and the whole process of how the cocoa is used to make scrumptious chocolate right on site.

Amazing experience diving down to view and see from up top when the sun is out is spectacular.
We went twice, the trip with Eco Dive offered more time snorkelling and diving at two sites, the Seafari was a boat trip along the coast with some snorkelling.

We particularly liked The schnitzel Haus, sit on the balcony with a cold beer and their great apfel strudel and just sit back and enjoy a beautiful view across the bay, brilliant !

Fort George St. George's
#6 of 34 Sights & Landmarks in Grenada
So glad we visited for the great views, and to hear the poignant history of the place from our wonderful guide Carl) from Sunsation Tours.
You can walk up to the fort on your own, its hilly and tiring but worth it, from the top you get a panoramic view of St George's and the Carenage, its an excellent photo spot.
Market Square St. George's
#7 of 34 Sights & Landmarks in Grenada
The market is at the bottom of the hill and if you walk to the top of the hill one can visit the fort with its stunning views.
We went down to explore the market and the sights and smells and sounds just added to the visual pallet.

The choir was practicing for Christmas Mass and the warm feelings of the music and lovely architecture and stunning city and harbor views from the open windows made this a wonderfully worthwhile stop!
Looking out from the windows we were presented with a magnificent view of the city and the blue sea.

What a great dive site in 40m of warm Caribbean waters.
Carib's Leap
#16 of 34 Sights & Landmarks in Grenada
Definitely a must see attraction within Grenada, Great for learning carib history and picturesque views of the coastline.
Although the view was wonderful, this would have been the last thing those people would have seen prior to leaping to their deaths - a very sorry chapter in the history of Grenada.
