We played our own music the vibes & views were amazing. I can’t wait to come back again. - Ashley T20 contributionsWe had the most amazing experience last week with our wedding party and wedding guests. Communication with Claudia in advance was quick and easy, she always responded promptly to my questions. We paid a deposit via PayPal to secure our trip, and a link was even provided to guests in advance as well so we had an idea of number of people who would be joining us. At pick up, we could all pay the remainder with cash or credit. Claudia greeted us with smiles and enthusiasm, and was right on time. Upon entering the large private bus that drove us about 25 minutes to the private boat, Claudia told us stories, made jokes and played music to pump us all up for our party boat tour.
The tour guides took over and carried all of our shoes so they didn't get wet, and helped us embark on the catamaran. The staff on the boat were already getting our drinks and snacks (fruit, chips & salsa) ready, and once everyone was on the boat we took off, and headed to our first location. We listened to great music, and they allowed us to give our own requests which we all enjoyed. We stopped and got to snorkel and see many fish. We were able to make use of the slide as well that was really fun! They also drove past a location where we were able to see dolphins and stingrays!
We had an amazing photographer that was a part of the crew, who took so many wonderful photos of our excursion. We of course had to buy the lot of them!
The bartenders, captain, and staff were so friendly and engaging, dancing with us, taking photos, and keeping the party going.
We could not recommend this tour enough! He spoke Spanish, English, Italian, French and German. The only issue we had was the amount of boats on the water and every single one followed the whales and didn’t cut their engines to avoid propeller strikes. As wonderful as it was to see them, it was less wonderful to watch them being chased each time they surfaced. The island was great, lunch was nice. Juan made sure that we were very well cared for and we had everything we could have possibly needed. Easy to book, the most professional and outgoing staff made this day a day we will never forget.
