Mount Obama as it is now called. Climbed from the Christian Valley side. Mostly under canopy and best done very early in the morning. We started at 0645 hrs. Humidity and heat is the worst part but the walk within the forest is lovely. Last bit is a very steep climb but the small view at the - almost top is lovely. Would be better if it was attended to and a seat placed. Right at the top was a signal station which was locked and a small path to the right which I think you could go around. By that time we decided not too. Would be better if there were more information at the top but a great hike and one I would recommend. Take lots of water, you will need it. One aspect to mention, the trail is very well marked.

A nice example of an eroded cliff face, but views from land are partial at best, so you really need to be in a boat of some sort -tour; dive; fishing. All the operators will point them out, as they're a geological highlight on the southern end of the island

Visited Devil's Bridge as part of our island tour. This is the Atlantic coast, cold, windy and wild with the Ocean attacking the limestone rocks and spraying up through the arches and blow holes naturally made by the constant seawater erosion. It is rumoured that runaway slaves committed suicide here upon the rocks rather than to return and work anymore for their owners. The sound of the wind and sea blowing and racing through the rocks produces chilling echoes. Worth a visit.

Wonderful day aboard Seclusion…. Adventure Antigua’s luxury private charter.
Picked up from the beach at Blue Waters by the welcoming crew for a day trip to Barbuda. The boat is comfortable and the crew made sure we had a great day.
Beautiful beaches, exceptional snorkelling and a delicious lunch.
Thank you for more great memories!

Fly fishing Antigua...Amazing! Nick is an incredible guide. He knows the waters of Antigua like no other. Antigua is a hidden gem from the novice to most experienced of anglers. I would recommend to all to dial in your casting. Get your double haul and strip setting on point prior to your trip here. If you can do this, your experience will be that much better. Landed tarpon, bonefish and saw a couple of permit. Hoping to hit the grand slam on my next journey with Nick.

My wife and I took the 90 minute jet ski tour with our guide Juari. We had so much fun and couldn't of asked for a better experience. Juari even took our pictures and took us to a beach that had swimming pigs. 90 minutes was the perfect amount of time for us. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience for us today. First time ever for us both on a horse and we rode/swam/paddled in the sea with Gandalf and Judy ( my horse). Thank you so much to our instructor, Anna, at Springhill Riding Club for giving us the confidence to keep going.

We booked this for a group of 8 and it was a brilliant day out.
Firstly, we sailed to a quiet beach where we could have swim and then up the coast to do some snorkelling around a shipwreck. The captain, Simon, was a great host and even let us have a go at steering the boat which was lots of fun. Whilst we were snorkelling Simon followed in a dingy to keep us safe from some jet-skiers who were racing around, so at all times we were really well looked-after. We were given snacks and lunch which was delicious, and the rum punches were truly the best we had whilst we were in Antigua. Thank you Simon and Rhian for a fun and memorable day.
It genuinely was one of the best days of our holiday and would definitely recommend.

Tigger and Andy were great hosts. The 2 man boat powered with 25hp outboard. Nice cruise around the western side of island out to the reef. Reef had nice selection of fish and urchin amongst the coral. Also nice sunken sailboat about 8m down. Good use of a few hours while on the island.

Max and company are EPIC. Max is a gifted instructor: super patient, and pays close attention to what one should do to progress faster. I've kited since 1998 and we basically taught ourselves then, so it was my first lesson in a sport since....snowboarding in the '90's? It felt weird to be the student, but Max et al were super professional and super thorough. Everything about the school and the instruction is extremely well thought out, right down to making sure that the student is properly hydrated. I came back to California and was up on a smaller board my first tack out. Thanks Max!!!!!

Absolutely incredible experience with Bernie, what a fantastic guy! Bernie collected us from our hotel & took us to English Harbour told us history of the area & my kids loved looking at the mega boats! We headed to Galleon beach for our snorkelling adventure which was exceptional from start to finish! Bernie is a true expert & knows the water so well he sees things you’d never find on your own! We saw so many turtles, stinray, lobster, beautiful fish.. shrimp, shipwreck & so much more. I cannot actually believe how close we were to these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat. Our kids are 7 & 10 .. one was very nervous prior to this trip & Bernie was incredible at building confidence & put everyone ay great ease!
Having done a snorkelling trip on a big boat on the island with a big group we saw next to nothing.. Bernie snorkelling adventure is the best on the 🏝 island.. he’s amazing!!
We received an incredible video and photos of our adventure which is a keepsake to treasure! Thanks a million Bernie!

If you're in Antigua, even for a short stay, a day sailing is a must. We had a great 6 hours of sailing, swimming, snorkeling and lunch hosted by George and Kahree.

We visited a deserted beach, swam and snorkeled around some rocks where we saw all manner of fish, coral, crab and urchins. We sailed for hours enjoying the serenity, great views of the coastline and the turquoise sea. And we ate well, with a tasty salsa dip and a delicious chicken wrap prepared by Kahree's mum! We couldn't miss out on Stacey's famous rum punch which was a great way to round out the day!

    Thanks for a great memory!
