Pretty beach and it wasn't too crowded when we were there. Nice and relaxing. I think it was $5 or $10 to get in for a car load.

This is a fantastic beach area with white sand and lovely water. Great area for a trip as there is a lot to see and do.

The highlight though is certainly the beach and water ways. You’re also close to alot of nice fishing areas.

Aways fun to visit while in Destin area, . Stuff for kids, plenty restaurants, little shops all around. Just nice place to stop by to walk around as well. Parking might be little problem at times

We enjoyed our time there once we found it. The GPS sent us to live oak island. Since we are from out of town, we did not realize it until we waisted over an hour looking for the place. We finally programmed st mark’s lighthouse. We were 25 minutes away from that location. Needless to say, we spent a good part of the day once we got there but we wanted to get there in the morning. If you use the GPS to get there indicate you are going to st. Mark’s lighthouse and you will be fine.

Pensacola is a city with a blend of many cultures. Five flags have flown over the city since the early Spanish explorers arrived on its shores. Before that, native Americans flourished here. Both before and after the Civil War, African Americans contributed to the culture. Fort Pickens which saw first saw action in the Civil War was built mostly by enslaved workers from New Orleans. It once housed the Apache chief, Geronimo. Pensacola Museum of History showcases the diversity of Pensacola’s 450+ year history. Historic Pensacola Village preserves homes of the rich and famous as well as the poor and little known.

This beach is not as crowded as Pensacola Beach or Panama City Beach. The sand is just as white and the Gulf is great. If you have little ones, the bay is also a great Beach with light waves or on some days none. Plus, you can rent craft to play with on the water.

Nice area to walk around, lots of places to eat. A few neat shops, but I would not go there if you are most interested in shopping. There is a small board walk with fish feeding stations that you can fish off of. Good for kids to wet a line.

They have great public access without steps, ambassadors on the beach to answer questions, open public showers and lots of trash bins.

This is a pretty good snorkel spot near Panama City Beach. If you are a comfortable swimmer, I would suggest you snorkel on the outside of the seawall but beware of the current. There were a lot more fish and much more colorful varieties. You can rent equipment here if you do not have your own. A dive flag is required, even if you are snorkeling.

You have to see it for yourself to understand how beautiful, amazing, and peaceful it is. The beach was clean, and the water was amazing.

We shop here every time we are in Destin. Great places for snacks...love the caramel apples and the pretzels. Reebok by far had the best deals for me, as well as Merrell. Tried to purchase a pair of shoes at Asics. First pair $160, 2nd pr 70 percent off. I struck out at New Balance, too. The cosmetics store always has great deals. I will be back in March 2023!!

Ok area, plenty of restaurants and shops to check out. It’s right on the water where you can check out the action. Not as wheelchair accessible as you would think which caused us a bit of an issue.

Very nice shopping area with lots of interesting stores. Only wished we would have come across it earlier in our trip. Would have been nice if stores opened before 11, people waiting outside for doors to open was a bit much.
